The location is great. 10 min to the center of Sevilla and 10min to Triana by walking. The size of the room was very good, with two showers, kitchen and big wardrobes where you could easily store the luggage. Being at the lower level was good for us, as we were carrying a baby with a trolley.

4 things mainly: - Noise: The street is noisy, specially at nights. - Natural lighting: There is no natural lighting in the apartment. - The door rubbed at the bottom and did not open properly. - The pictures at booking are from different apartments, so we got some overexpectations.

Excellent location! Surprisingly quiet considering where it is. It's a comfortable enough place to sleep if you're spending most of your days out in the city like us.

Way too many messages trying to sell us tickets or some other 'upgrade'. It would have felt claustrophobic if we had spent any days working inside (like we sometimes do when we travel).

Great location. Clean apartment. Communication was good with agent until we actually arrived there. Beds were comfy enough and good sized apartment.

Manager was meant to meet us at 5pm to let us in but didn’t appear until after 6pm. Not sure when they would have turned up if it wasn’t for a helpful Spanish lady who gave them a bit of grief on the phone on our behalf. Not an impressive start plus only one key for six guests. No explanation on how to work lift so just used the stairs. Would have been a nice welcome to at least find some bottled water in the fridge considering it was 34 degrees outside. Some tourist leaflets/ maps would have been welcome too.

Nothing it did not match the photos on booking .com We received 3 spoons and a knife on a very dusty plate.We asked for knives and forks none arrived.The courtyard was full of dead leaves everywhere and dead brown plants. The bathroom floor was covered with long black hair. The shower would not stay in its holding and only had a small stream of water We asked for a electric jug as shown in advertising told to use coffee maker Advert stated washing machine none told on ground floor.Could not get at it because of junk. Told use one on 3rd floor

Got an email saying hope you enjoyed your stay and let us know if we can do anything We rang more than once nothing we asked for was done.THIS PROPERTY MUST BE REMOVED FROM BOOKING.COM as it seems no one checks properties

it is awful so please be cautious to book this apartment for your stay . very poor apartment with no facilities and the customer service is horrible .

air condition isn’t working, kitchen lights are broken and blinds aren’t long enough to block viewing from outside so anyone can see you inside the apartment. very hot and old fashioned apartment and the agent( landlord) will never assist you if you raise any issues to be fixed.
