The treatment for pets is nothing short of amazing, and that alone makes them deserving of 5 stars. However, during check-in yesterday around 19:45, the man at the desk was not appealing at all. He wore a very fake smile and showed no patience. In contrast, the man who assisted us during checkout was super friendly, helpful, and nice. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The location of this hotel was perfect for the places we had to go. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, there was a plethora of choices. Were glad we chose breakfast with the room. Had a great recommendation from the front staff for a good steak restaurant for my daughter's birthday celebration.

A member of the front staff seemed a little bothered that we hang the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door for the day, not allowing housekeeping to get in. We were there only two nights and our rooms didn't need cleaning. We were trying to save energy and supplies. In addition, there is a bar next door that is very lively on weekends. Our Saturday night was very noisy, as if we were on the street ourselves. Couldn't sleep until the wee hours of the morning. The next night it was fine. Just keep this in mind if you get a room with a balcony.

The location was excellent. It was so convenient to the basilica, SEO, and the tubo. We loved it! The bed, bath, and room were clean, quiet, and overall fabulous. We were so very pleased. We paid to stay in a room with the patio feature that overlooked the park and church. It wasn't necessary, but it was so lovely. We really enjoyed having a refrigerator and a small kettle for our morning coffee. The reception staff was friendly and had good information for us. They marked everything on a map that was so useful for us.

We didn't pay for the breakfast, as it seemed expensive compared to what we could eat at a bar. I'm sure it was good and worth it, we were satisfied with a slice of tortilla and cafe at a bar. We would have really appreciated a comfy chair in the room for our backs, There was plenty of room for one.

Perfectly located for the historic city centre. Parking very close by. The hotel upgraded our room . Amazing value. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Really nice helpful staff

Excellent location: very central but not noisy. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and relatively large considering the central location and the price.

The access to the hotel when coming by car is not easy, and you have to park in a public car park. However, this is part and parcel of staying in the city centre - and I have had much greater access difficulties in other towns and cities in Spain. Therefore, this is an observation and not a complaint. The hotel did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Good location close to main sites. Room a decent size and good shower. We didn't do breakfast, lots of cafes close by for a simple coffee and croisant. TV had BBC world service for news. Staff were able to speak english, which was helpful as our Spanish is sadly limited. Rooms quiet and had inner door to reduce noise levels, no street noise.

Not a critisism of hotel, but it would be nice it the tram line ran to the railway station.

location is excellent, walking distance to all sightseeing sites including Aljaferia. hotel just completed a major renovation 3 weeks ago. Room and bathroom are all modernized, great shower and convenient charging ports for all your devices. they serve an excellent breakfast with good variety. it’s only a 2 minutes walking to tram station and local market. property is off the main streets it’s is quiet. staff is friendly and helpful.

Very central although a little hard to find as it’s in the middle of the pedestrianised part. You can drive to it though and the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby public carpark. Room was comfortable, staff really helpful. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a very short walk to the basilica. The welcome glass of cava was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet had a good selection.

Clean and bright room . 👍🧽🧴. I have Back problems but the Bed did the trick , very comfortable and cozy From checking in to checking out , the Receptionists where friendly and helpful . Room Service , Bar Staff and Housekeeping Staff are extremely friendly and helpful .🤩 Location couldn't be better , everything is in walking distance . Bars and Restaurants are close by .

I didn't feel comfortable at the Breakfast Buffet 🤔 . Every Guest touched the same utensils while helping themselves at the Buffet.🍴🥄 The food was tasty , specially the Cheese cake and the fresh Orange juice 😋

this is a very well run hotel in an excellent location. it was very good value and felt like a high class hotel. breakfast is exceptional with a huge choice. the staff are very helpful and efficient. the historical centre is all within walking range. there are excellent places to eat and plenty of choice from expensive to the more reasonable. lots of tapas bars but it’s worth thinking about the restaurants. highly recommend this hotel and Zaragoza has very few English tourists but is a great place to visit.
