Quality Hotel Park Södertälje City

The bed was comfy, not soft nor hard.

No AC in the bedroom (typical Swedish hotel), we had to open the balcony door at night because it was warm and it was noisy outside so couldn't sleep so well. The extra bed I got for my teenager daughter was too small, her legs were dangling outside the bed, I actually thought I was getting a room with more than 2 beds as that's what it was advertised I was paying for (a room that could fit 4 people) but we got a room for 2 people and a folding extra bed that had to be brought to our room. I wasn't pleased as that's not what I thought I was getting when I booked.

At first we were given a room without windows. But the receptionist easily changed that to a very nice room. Spacious, high ceilings, located at the back of the hotel. Comfortable beds. The hotel is located right in the centre of Södertälje. Good parking facilities too behind the hotel.

Our son changed rooms due to sports teams staying at the hotel. The receptionist easily facilitated a change of rooms. I was surprised however that the teams were spread out over all of the floors. They were all over instead of all concentrated on one floor. Did not cause any further problems after our complaints. Breakfast was all right but not great.

Very helpful and understanding staff on reception. Welcoming, clean. Highly recommend the service.

No iron in room. I used the ironing room but it’s hassle to walk through reception with your ironed clothes Also on two occasions at 8am and 10.30, housekeeping knocked and walked into my room. If I haven’t checked out, my room isn’t ready for cleaning. There should be a lock on the door. BUT overall, it was great!

Nice breakfast. Great balkony with view, as well as the central location. Comfy bed.

The description for a superior room is not accurate. There was for example no slippers, robe or kettle, as well as no sofa bed. (Apparently the latter only applies to 4 of the rooms, while more of them are labeled ”superior”. When we asked what makes a room ”superior” the answer was that they are larger (see picture) and we were automatically offered a breakfast voucher. (I guess others have asked the question as well). In hindsight a standard room would have made us feel less cheated. No reply to messages sent through here.

Great breakfast buffet and great service staff. Comfortable rooms with a good view. Will definitely repeat next year because the price was great for the quality.

It states in the description that they have parking spots but they have about 10 or so and they were all occupied and could not be booked. Parking next to them was horribly pricey so we parked at the station which was much cheaper.

I booked a as genius. I wished there was a gratis bottle of water as a welcome drink.The Scandinavian tap water is one of the best in the world.But many people are not aware of that.So They are afraid of drinking directly tap water .

the location was goos, in the center of the town and next to the railway station. the staff was really friendly and complied to our requests. the rooms where in a good state, and the breakfast was really good and in all the vibe inside the hotel was good.

The location was right in the middle of the city. The breakfast menu was excellent.

Cleanliness of public areas (hallways). The room was very small for a double bed room. You barely were able to move.

In general the hotel was awesome, the decoration, the lights, bathroom, all was reallt nice but beds.

The bed was 2 individual beds which were moving to easy ao I was not able to sleep properlly with mybwife as beds keep separating if any of us put ourselves in the middle.

Clean and modern room and hotel in general, Lovely staff, Good breakfast with lots of choice Parking in the back of the hotel which is nice and easy, tho a little bit expensive compared to the street parking prices All in all, a very good choice for both short term and long term stays and definitely worth every penny
