Jade Manotel

Located in a quiet Geneva neighborhood, but just a 5 min walk to the lakefront with all its bustling activities and marina. The room had luxury touches throughout and was spotlessly clean. An easy 10 min walk from train station. Surrounded by multicultural eateries - I enjoyed the flavors of Ethiopia in the nearby Awash restaurant. The lady at the reception reminded me that the free public transport pass can also be used for the "yellow boats" or water taxis that take you across the lake for an enjoyable experience.

Would have liked access to "real" coffee (instead of instant).

I recently stayed at the Jade Manotel Hotel, and I must say that I was impressed with the quality of service and amenities provided. The room was clean, well-equipped, and featured a bathtub with salts and individual toiletries, which was a nice touch. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the room was warm and comfortable, which allowed me to relax and rest well. Overall, my experience at Jade Manotel Hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, and it was a bit of a distance from some of the main attractions in the city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was not up to my expectations, and there were limited options available.

Staff in the hotel was welcoming, checkin process is very fast infect our room was ready in advance just need to show ID to collect the Key, extra bed was prepared without specific request, reception staff is very helpful and dedicated to their work over complaint of blocked wash basin reception gentleman came and sorted out himself rather waiting for plumber. Back office of hotel is very responsive, my card which I use for booking decline which was directly communicated to me and kept our booking intact upon request Room size of hotel is good, towel and sheet are clean, room has all the amenities what needed, room lighting is also well design, bathroom size is good and has bathtub cum shower location of hotel is central, 600meter of main train station, 500meter from lake side, 900 meter from central bus station, some restaurant and groceries shop around hotel

Only an observation, hight of bathtub to floor is bit high and there is need to put a step for kids although floor is not slippery but it feel uncomfortable

Large room with Nespresso machine and big bed. Good location surrounded by many restaurants and grocery stores. Many public transport stops at walking distance, including Geneva train station. Great scrambled eggs at breakfast. Super helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Lot of useful bath amenities, like weight scale, hairdryer, bath salts and body cream, etc.

Street noise woke me up, particularly the 6am trash collector truck: my room was on the 2nd floor, street side. Very soft pillows in the bed, which made me woke up with stiff painful neck. Not much variety at breakfast but what they have it very good.

This hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. It was quiet. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Guest has full control of room temperature. Free transit pass was emailed the day before check-in. The location was great, just a few blocks from the 15 tram, which goes to the train station where you can go anywhere in the city. I loved the Zen theme of the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect, the hotel is about 10 minute walk and 3 tram stops away from Geneve Cornavin. Its a short walk to the lake and Buvette des Bain. Location is near a COOP, convenient stores, restaurants and pubs. Great hotel facilities and interior. My favourite and reason for choosing the property is their zen inspired garden. The room is perfect. I requested to be on a quiet floor because I suffer from anxiety and have trouble sleeping. The hotel was able to accommodate my request. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, I had the best sleep in months. AC in the room was perfect. The room amenities were as they had published. I love that they also provided wine glasses in the room. The mini-bar had a great selection of beverages. Excellent internet connectivity. There were lots of wall sockets to plug and charge gadgets. I love the bathroom ammenities, they even provided bath salts for a nice relaxing bathe. I love the breakfast options several to choose from eventhough the menu is pretty standardized and the same. My fave is the bircher muesli, the mini chopped fruit jars, the croissant and the selection of artisan jam and preserves. I would also like to commend Rui from the Front Desk who assisted me with my check-in, the ladies who managed the breakfast restaurant and set up the tables every morning, and the housekeeping staff. Wonderful, friendly English speaking and professional staff. I have recommended the hotel to my friends.

There is none that I did not like about my stay. I had a wonderful and relaxed time.

This marks my 3rd stay at this well-located small hotel in Geneva, a leisurely ten-minute stroll to the Central train station and five minutes from the lake. Located in the Paquis quarter, there are a number of excellent restaurants within easy striking distance. I am happy to report that the excellent standards have been maintained over a 4-year period of stays here. The rooms are spacious (Recommend those with a garden view), quiet with very comfortable beds…leading to a good night’s sleep. The hotel décor is a mix of modern and Oriental that contributes to the overall relaxing and tranquil ambience. The breakfast is excellent, the setting superb with the possibility of dining outside in the garden. Staff are extremely helpful and efficient. An excellent choice for Geneva, with high value for the price, best-suited for single adults and couples.

Convenient location, calm surroundings, and good staff are the hallmarks of this hotel. I have seen other comments saying breakfast is not good, however we found the breakfast to be excellent (especially Birchermuesli) and would definitely recommend it.

the first night was very hot. the room was air conditioned and the AC was blowing cold air but it just couldn’t beat the heat! however we can’t blame the hotel as I think it is not designed for such extreme temperatures (Geneva was 37 C that day). A suggestion tk the hotel, if you know the weather is going to be like this then please turn the AC on 1-2 hours before guest arrival so it is not stifling hot.

location was great for us, short walk to main train station. it was a little bit of a walk to the old town, but we figured out the tram and jumped on the 15 and it took us right to the shopping area and old town. the free transportation pass was a great help from motel, Thank you

Not sure what could have went better, we were able to check in early great for us. breakfast was a little pricey so we did not get it. maybe have a few maps and locations of interest to point out for out of country visitors to see.

This my third visit to Jade Montel over a five year period. It is an easy walk and readily accessible to public transport to all central sites, including the train station (10 min walking-slow). Located off a main artery on a quiet street, this hotel caters to adult travelers. The rooms with a garden view are best. Standard European breakfast included, in a relaxed setting. Excellent Wi-fi, and water pressure. Has a elevator for the stair-challenged. Overall excellent value for a stay in Geneva. At the edge of the Paquis quarter with many restaurant choices.
