Located in a historic village in the Jura mountains the people are friendly, the views are nice, the food is good, and mysterious anarchist history floats in your periphery. The hotel itself has an affordable restaurant and the facilities have a 70s vibe but are fully functional. Almost a spartan experience but if you’re into that this is a great place to hang one’s hat after a day of adventuring.

The price matched the accomodation. Location suited my needs.
The bed was a bit soft. The very large wardrobe in the very large walk in closet was not a good use of space. I do not believe it had any hangers. I was surprised to see that my room served as the emergency fire exit for the hotel and that there appeared to be a key to my room affixed to the hallway wall next to my door in the event of an emergency? Breakfast started rather late (8am?) and checkout was even later (10am?). Luckily, when I realized this I was able to catch the manager before he left for the night and pay ahead of time so that I could leave early the next morning.

Bees in the room all the time. Dead bees all around the room. no cleaning of the room in the 3 night I stayed. no wifi in the room or in terrace where dinner is served- impossible to work Asked several times to the people in charge. They just didn't give a **** to help out....
