It is located in a tranquil area. Clean and spacious room and bathroom with a chic shower. There is a free parking area in front of the building The coffee and tea are free of charge. There is a shared kitchen that you can use and prepare meals. There is a refrigerator in this kitchen.

There is no windows into the room. That is interesting for us. I have stayed first time in my life such a room like this. There is not a reception service during the all day. There is a automatic machine on the entrance and you are making your check in by this machine.

Everything as advertised. Clean, practical and comfy place to stay! Also good self check-in system at the entrance.

The room size could use an extra fan in the room. There is one ceiling fan and 1 extra relatively small fan in the room. With 6 beds, this is not enough to cool everyone in the room in the hot summer months. Wifi not working in the outdoor space at the entrance.

It's perfect for a good night sleep when you're on the go. Stayed only one night. I knew what to expect, like no windows and bunk beds, so that was no problem at all for us. Very clean showers, happy there were more than one.

A bit in the middle of nowhere type of feeling, especially if it's already dark and late in the evening when arriving by car.

It was nice, clean and the parking was good. The loung area was great for interacting with fellow travelers

The location was shady (we had to get through a field with cows to get there. It was on the second floor of a market house, it had no window (which we knew when we booked the room) so the vent went all night long.

Very neat, clean and comfortable. As we arrived late in the evening, the self check-in came in handy. We were also given a better room, which was a very nice surprise. Friendly staff, good parking, there is also a big market nearby.

Location is a little bit out of the way, but easily reachable and with a car it's not a problem. The self check-in kiosk was a bit buggy, so you need to be really careful when inserting numbers.

We only stayed for one night but its was clean, comfortable and easy, we had an issue with the self check in but we phoned the number and the lady who delt with us was brilliant, in the end she had to come to the hotel and let us in and make a new key card, she was very nice and we really appreciated her coming to our rescue. We would highly recommend this place and we would go back to it again

The room was spacious and the little kitchenette was a great add on, the WC was top notch.

The bad point would be the location because it is 45 minutes from Luzern and 1hr40 from Zurich but if you got a swiss travel pass, it should be good.

Clean, big room, good wifi, big bathroom. The self check-in was fantastic, as we arrived late at night. There were also plenty of parking spaces. Next to the hotel is a garden center with a great playground and facilities for children. They had a water fountain and even a magic show.

Self check was easy. The concept is good. Rooms were big and clean . Location is good and far from the city hustle. Lot of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good and staffs were really friendly.

Nothing to complaint

Big room, great shower, all very clean. Staff in the morning was very friendly, breakfast was good. Common areas are clean and very well designed. Thé, cafe at your disposal. I liked the Hotel.

I chose no window room and felt oppressed, my choice anyway. At the entry some older people was lost with the registration system. The hotel is located in an industrial zone, few/no restaurants if you need to walk.
