location perfectly fitted to my needs. Nice + great bathrroom. Excellent bed for great sleep. Cool to have expresso machine and capsules when i arrived. Very nice to also have fresh mineral water, a beer and a drink in the fridge. So cool to have a terrasse in summer !

The kitchen sink a little tiny, but i did not want to pay more to have a bigger kitchen !! Someone came once in 10 days to do the cleaning, change the towels and bed stuff. The studio would need to have an access to a cupboard with a broom or a vacum cleaner, so you can do the cleaning of the floors if no one come on 4 days.

Our apartment was amazing! We booked it quite last minute, so we went in without any expectations. But we were incredibly impressed with the level of care and attention clearly given to guests. The apartment was spotless and beautifully finished. The mezzanine level bedroom was perfect for us because we were travelling with our one year old daughter - we were able to settle her to sleep upstairs and still enjoy an evening together downstairs. The hidden wardrobe/storage room was perfect for tucking all of our luggage out the way. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the welcome treats (free sweets, crisps and drinks). The bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean. And the view from the window of the nearby church was a great way to wake up every morning. The apartment was also only a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre / Old Town. Honestly it was one of the best apartments we’ve ever been lucky enough to find on this website! We would definitely stay with numa again.

We liked everything! The only thing to note is that the church bells do sound every 15 minutes (and ring properly on the hour) up to 10pm at night. I think they started again in the morning around 7am. This didn’t bother us at all as our daughter slept through. But something to note if you’re a light sleeper.

very clean and quality of the appliances + toiletries are good. Location is very convenient. Is around 10 mins walk from main train station. There are also Tram stop ( Stauffacher ) a few steps from accommodation. You can choose to take a tram if do not want to walk. I love the Coop supermarket at almost door steps too. App based washing machine and dryer is a good option too. Price to pay for washing is reasonable. Check in was a breeze using key code.

Bedding is too soft. Pillows are too big and soft. The water from shower area will spilled out to dry area. It will be good if extra floor mat or mop can be provided.

We highly recommend this accommodation. The apartment is very clean, well-equipped, and we didn't lack anything during our stay. The staff was extremely kind and available, and they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Additionally, lockers were available before and after our stay, which definitely made our trip easier and more enjoyable. A nice gesture of attention was the water, teas, coffee, and juice left for us as a welcome treat.

I was very impressed with this apartment, it was very comfortable with alot of thoughtful touches, all of the amenities were generous and the finishing in the room were refined and stylish yet comfortable. The location was near some fantastic restaurants and bars and only a short walk to the old town.

There was some difficulty checking in as you need to provide details via a third party system to get access that we were not aware of but the staff were quick to respond ( no staff on site, need to message )

Great experience overall. - clean room with lots of amenities (including a dishwasher which is not very common for a place of that size) - luggage storage before your reservation (helpful when you arrive before check-in) - posibility for early check-in; our room was ready at 11 AM compared to the normal check-in time at 3 PM

- although the kitchen is quite well equipped, we had only two pieces of cutlery/plates

The property was self-sufficient. Check in was entirely automatic with security key pas. Room has a balcony that overlooked the street. The apartment was close to the tram, a COOP marketplace (both less than three minute walking), and a 12 minute walk from Zürich HB train station. Laundry facility was a bonus. I was hesitant about the neighborhood at first, but it honestly was quite good.

Could have used a few extra tools in the kitchen.

-bed was super comfy -amazing location, super close to the station as well as 30 seconds from the nearest tram stop -nice, clean room -very small but functional kitchen

Great stay overall, would have been made perfect by: -coat hooks/more hooks in general (also in the bathroom) -a deadbolt on the door -clear instructions for the AC/heating

The apartment is absolutely amazing! You can find everything you need there + so pleasant free delicious compliments. The space is 100% clean and cozy. The location is perfect - 10 min walking to the main railroad station, and 10 min to the main attractions. I was surprised by how friendly, helpful, and fast in response the customer service team is! Loved everything there!

The garbage room was closed for some reason.

This is a self catering appartment. It has good facilities - all you might want, including an inhouse laundry. Its a contactless set up. We are new to that, but arrangements went smoothly.

The Customer support line. Its an automated system that hangs up on you if it does not understand you. I was outraged. Fortunately, other guests helped me to reolve my problem.
