The staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely. The location is perfect as it's close to the harbour for great island tours.
The breakfast was below my personal standard. The pool area's changing rooms were smelling awful. They managed to rectify the problem, and the staff were pleased for the feedback. Chemicals must be used for cleaning.

You needed a swim cap to go in the pool, but the hotel didn't provide them nor sell them.

Overall the staff is very polite and very helpful especially the lady staff in the fitness area. The hotel call days before to offer pick-up service which is good. The hotel provides a 24/7 free washer machine.
The swimming pool should be filtered more often as many dead insects floating on the water. The room carpet was not vacuumed during check-in and also during the 4 days stay. We found dried rice, hair, etc on the carpet. Also, hair in the shower area was not removed during daily housekeeping. Breakfast food has a good variety but the food was cold.

Great airport pickup service: 5-star quality. Good service at reception. Clean and spacious room. Nice view of the harbour. Reasonable selection at breakfast.
Couldn't seem to regulate room temperature well. No matter what setting I put on the room a/c it stayed pretty cold. Apart from that, stay was excellent.
