Miracle Grand Convention Hotel

The breakfast is wonderful i love all their foods, they serve all kinds of foods u may like and enjoy, the fruits and desserts,vegetables are fresh and i love everything,the staff are very accommodating

what i dnt like is the lady who can not speak english when she answered the phone and keep telling me i dial wrong number ,but i dialed 0 for customer service, and i told her put me on thevphone with somebody who can speak english and she can’t understand so i need to drop the call and call again

The room and bathroom were excellent. Both large and comfortable. No leakage in the shower. Very extended breakfast both Thai food as international food. Professional staff and very friendly. We only stayed for one night, for some business at the Consular services, which is in a walking distance.

The only thing I disliked a bit is that in the bathroom, they used a roller blind. Every time you take a shower, this roller blind gets wet. If you would roll up the blind, and it is still wet, this will cause fungus. They had better used milk glass in stead of transparent glass in the windows

Room was very nice and spacious. The floor was not carpeted which is great. Staff were very friendly. Aromatherapy massage was great and very relaxing. The hotel is very near Don Muang Airport and Bangkok Immigration Office.

There is hardly any places to visit around the hotel. You will need to get a taxi to go anywhere. There is a seven-eleven store opposite the hotel but it is not advisable for elderly people. However, the hotel and also next door hotel both have a very small grocery shop. Breakfast buffet was moderate in terms of selection of food.

Great room n clean hotel. Staff always around and fast response to queries. The hotel is newly renovated and looks great. Good stay if you are attending the convention centre or need access to hospital which are near and have about 4 of them around. Very near to DMK if need fast travel there

The shower n toilet is spacious and looks nice with the renovation. Only drawback was there was no bathtub and no anti slip tiles in the shower. Almost slipped couple of times cuz of that.bit far from tourist area with almost 35 min in cab with no traffic

Very good room, seems newly renovated. Have everything you would need. 24h room service, where you can order snacks and drinks. We got a room on 11th floor, so it was high enough to avoid noises from the road.

Location is not the best, there is not really a public transport conveniently close to the hotel. Closest metro station is about 10-15 minutes walk away.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and warm. No one was rude to us, and we were made to feel welcomed

There was a very small stench as we walked into the hotel; perhaps it was from the water feature

modern clean and comfortable hotel. space and everything ok. i did not try gym and pool but there are ok. breakfast and restaurant very good food at a very reasonable cost. convenient location to and far local airport .

well, if you walk out there is basically nothing close by...but at a reasonable distance...

Stayed here many times great value for money rooms all been updated since covid close to DM airport pool and gym good too staff 5* would highly recommend if staying over this side of BKK and now has sky train too 5 minute walk to get to downtown BKK

Modern and comfortable hotel at north side of the city. Good starting point for trips to Central & North of the country. Excellent breakfast and diner services. Busy hotel but nevertheless very pleasant atmosphere. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location perfect for Don Muang Airport but out of the way for anything else.

Only missing coffee and tea making facilities in the room
