Novotel Bangkok Bangna

Main Road Accessible so easy for personal car and taxi and small bus. Great Locations ; not so far from major shopping malls and a few stand alone internal brand restaurants/coffee shops.

The room is aged and simply decorated and not too fancy. No stationary in the bedroom so it's kind of annoying trying to find a piece of paper to take small note.

Good location for business or shopping in the Bang Na region. Room was comfortable but a little cool, as there is no control over air-conditioning. Best breakfast I've had in 7 years in Thailand. So many choices of good quality food.

Furniture is becoming quite dated and is knocked around a bit. My wife suggests rain showers are good, unless you want to keep your hair dry.

The breakfast was the best buffet we have had on our travels across Thailand. The staff were fantastic and spoke English extremely well. We stayed in the king room which had a very comfortable bed. Shower was awesome had great pressure and hot water. For a 4 star hotel we were extremely happy.

The only thing that would make the stay perfect would be duck down pillows. (Featherett have been the best we have found in Thai hotels)The pillows weren't bad at all. I 100% recommend this hotel. Loved the breakfast. Had something for everyone.

Breakfast ever morning was very good. The employees were very helpful and took care of my needs all the time. I liked all the different options that they offered for food and beverage.

I had dinner one night that had seafood and no cocktail sauce offered when it was there another night. Sushi was very good and I had oysters that I like to have cocktail sauce with them.

Hotel was comfortable. Breakfast spread was the best we had in our entire 4 week stay in Thailand

Location, location, location. The train station up the road is not operational, and the hotel is on a very busy road. To go anywhere, needed to get a taxi or motorbike. If we knew this, would have stayed more central

It meets Novotel standards of comfort and cleanliness. It is located close to Mega Bangna, which is of course a good thing, and far enough from the highway to be quiet. The staff are responsive and friendly. The view was spectacular.

There are no shops in the immediate surroundings, so there is nothing to do within walking distance of the hotel. The power sockets in the room were all slightly the wrong size so we had trouble charging our phones and maintenance had to bring us extension cords with the larger plugs (no this is not an adapter problem).

After a delay at check-in, we were shown to our upgraded, clean, and spacious room., by friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyable time spent in the hotel, with great. Bar staff, decent food at reasonable prices. All in all, a good stay.

No issues, apart from the breakfast cost.

We were shopping at Mega, so great for that. Staff at reception were very helpful, also staff at the bar and Chinese restaurant.

The staff at the breakfast buffet area would benefit from more training. The Western breakfast serving area was not maned for a long periods, consequently I did not have western breakfast. The Salad bar was very good with fresh produce.

Breakfast was perfect, lots of choice and nice dining room. The staff at this hotel are very professional and offer very good service in every way. I was impressed by the attention to detail, reception staff and the porter who was very helpful getting taxis and looking after luggage etc.

Everything was perfect, it would be hard to find any fault here.

Excellent location to stay in, if you are looking to stay in Bang Na. The hotel is excellent. The food options were good. Good value for money.

The front reception staff could have been more courteous, came out rude in my interactions. Otherwise, rest of the staff was very courteous.
