There is different hotels we stayed in our trip to Chiang Mai, this hotel was our favorite. Especially is Tuktuk service to Maya mall. The rooms were clean and everything functioned properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicious . The pool area is so beautiful but not biggest. The room view was amazing and saw mountain. The location is steps away from the Maya mall which was a location is shopping to more activities. I will be back in here as soon as. again.

The rooms and facilities were nice. The location is a few minutes walk from Maya mall.

Unfoetunately there's an open air bar next to the hotel that plays music in the night which is audible in the room. This might bother someone with sensitive ears and wants to get an early night but ymmv. It wasn't a huge deal tho the rooms are well insulated.

- Clean room and since we booked for a deluxe room, it’s spacious and looks very nice. - Nice and polite staff - Not crowded and noisy location but still close to Maya Mall, Night markets, Nimman Road, … - As I noticed, they try to use less plastic bags. - Comfy pillows and bed. Thanks for putting 4 pillows! 😍

- Just only 2 hooks in the bathroom. The bathroom has enough space to put more hangers. - Some small issues with stuff in the room which should be maintained/repaired, for example: the hook in our bathroom was already loosing, the shower door was needing some lubricant etc.

The location is well situated for shopping and restaurants, with easy access to the superhighway. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking was available with security cameras and guard. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

The breakfast set was not bad, but more options would be nice. The parking area could use a little more lighting.

The staff is polite, attentive and responsive to our needs and always friendly. Room is large and comfortable to relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and very rich. The view is moutain. Everything was perfectly. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is on the prime location of Chiangmai, very convenient to itinerary. The room is spacious and cleanliness . Hotel staffs are very nice and service minded.

Good safe location close to a mall and restaurants. Small boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cafe on site.

The beds were very hard. There are blinds in the bathroom which was really odd.

The location was great and greatest value for money. The staff was polite and professional. Good restaurant and love the vibe here. I will forward this hotel to my friends. Lovely!!!

At the night time, I heard music on beside the hotel but it wasn't a problem in my rest.
