De Chai Oriental Nimman - SHA Plus

Breakfast was a simple but sufficient spread. Staff were friendly & accommodating to your request for additional servings. Location is great. A lot of massage options, variety of restaurants of different cuisines available within walking distance. The "Maya" mall is also within walking distance, for those who prefer shopping in a mall. The room we stayed was perfect for 3, or maybe even 4. We had a king size bed & a separate single bed & 2 baths/toilets, which was so much more convenient for the 3 of us. And the room was spacious enough for 3 of us to walk around after opening 3 big luggage bags.

Nothing that I can really think of. Everything was pleasant.

We had exceptional treatment and customer service during our stay. Our family of 6 stayed in a family room (4 kids) and premium room right across the hall from one another. We enjoyed out time tremendously and the location was great. The breakfast spread was lovely, we also enjoyed the cocktails (try the Pink Lady--delicious!) by the pool and lunch menu. I highly recommend it and would easily return. Mini bar was affordable and they provided complimentary water and cookies.

The electrical in one bedroom was a bit faulty and the control panel did not work well. Also the shower was impossible not to wet the bathroom floor.

the hotel is located at the Nimann area, which means many of the hotels and houses are wearing that name. the location provides a lot of very good restaurants, coffee bars and massage studios you can reach just in some minutes. The hotel is quite new and have all the attributes to be a 5* hotel and it has not more than 20 rooms for rent. Breakfast is amazing for every taste, healthy, western or asian food lovers.

The pool and the Gym are smaller than tiny and not made for a sports guy/ female 2 sundaes on the rooftop pool. but after 5:30 p.m. is there a happy hour with a nice 2 for 1 offers.

Modern and very clean hotel. Room was also very big with a very nice bathroom. Bed slept perfectly and was also very big. There was a baby cote for our daughter and this was also perfectly arranged. Breakfast was tasty, reasonable choice just what you expect from a breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you want to be a little outside the old town, it is really a perfect location in the middel of Nimann area. Swimming pool is also nice and in the evening you can have a drink on the roof (swimming pool area).

The staff was extremely helpfull with any issue we had, the location was great and so was the food and drinks which was very reasonable priced, even the minibar was almost same price as the local 7/11.

Just opposite of the road there was a construction site, this was obviously not the hotels fault but since we where on the 3rd floor the workers was able to look right into our room. But when we mentioned this to the staff we were upgraded and moved to another side of hotel for free!

Very nice and cozy hotel) Interesting desigh, permanent mint smell around, free sweet compliments for guests. We really enjoied staying there. From the roof opens marvelous view on mountauns and planes taking off))) Breakfast is standard, coffee is delisious. Perfect location - 7/11, coffee, massage, mall and tasty reataurants are near. Friendly staff! Thanks a lot!

Wahn and Beer made my visit by always being cheerful helpful and engaging with all of my requests and questions breakfast was good with as much coffee as you needed…thanks guys… room was comfortable and enough storage and space for 2 2 minutes walk to bars and café and 5-10 minutes to the larger shopping centre

the pool was closed for 2 days … not sure why! the aircon leaked water and the safe wouldn’t open… although everything was quickly sorted by the 2 reception staff… consider a room at the rear of the hotel.. much quieter

From the very beginning to the end, we were very happy with our stay at De Chai. The staff were always smiling and super friendly. I needed some documents copied and they photocopied then for me which saved me the hassle of finding a place. The location is great cause you have so many cute cafe's to choose from and the shopping centre is a ten minute walk as well. The rooms are elegant and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and stay here again. 😎

We were actually really impressed by the staff and hotel. Though only here for 1 night on our honeymoon, the room was filled with roses and the bathtub prefilled. Amenities are great, real nice pool, location is awesome. Nimman has great cafes and restaurants and the drive to the old town is only 10min by TukTuk/Taxi/Grab. It was clean, and pretty modern. Would book again!

Pool and rooftop bar only open on certain times, could be a bit longer. Enough bars around though :)

The hotel is located in the quieter part of Chiang Mai and a short taxi ride to the night market. Staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was well appointed, sizeable with a good layout.

A suggestion Is to provide more shade around the pool as it gets very hot in the direct sun.
