The accommodation is very conveniently located if you are passing through from north to south or vice versa and only spend one, max. 2 nights in Kamphaeng Phaet. If you want to see more of the city and the old town, it is not quite so ideal because you need transport. Our room was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, we could park the car easily, the breakfast is Thai only, nothing else.
The wifi was a little weak on the chest, a second router could be added. As written above, if you want to see more of the city, you would definitely need transport.

It was comfortable. They have kitchen where you can get food late evening, affordable and good. But as for breakfast there was not much to eat if you are not a fan of spicy Thai breakfast.
I don't remember the number of the house we stayed in, so ... we had a colony of little ants there. We didn't notice them first and accidentally put our moto helmets on their way... Ants loved our helmets a lot... So if you have moto helmets and have no spare couple of hours to get rid of ants in them - beware)
