The apartment is modern, the location is OK for the money. My 3yo loved the kids area in the pool.

The cleaning was only superficial and wasn't up to commercial standards. I am not convinced the linen (except the towels) had been washed. This really took the shine off my stay.

Had a condo at bottom level, so had direct pool access. Worth every extra baht extra when go with children. Easy check in with key in mailbox despite it was privat renting and not an hotel.

Sofa bed in living room unsleepable because top very hard and bottom soft, so sort of became two levels when lay in it. Only supplied two towels. Had to ask for one extra, but should have had more with an pool. Breakfast should have been possible, but didn't get any information about it.

Location was good.

The room it was very dirty. The shower was broken.

The apartment was ok. Little worn but not the best. The actual grounds are great for kids with the pool and childrens play areas

Lots of cockroaches, washing machine didn't work, just 2 towels for a whole week, sofa very uncomfortable and you are told as you arrive that you have to give a 2000 baht deposit and given a certain amount of electricity and water to use only. It would be good if the owner put this information on the booking advertisement rather than tell you as you arrive.. The owner is actually in Bangkok so it seems she just leaves all the work to the cleaner and seems there isn't much care or investment in the place.

Good location, nice pool, 24 hr 7/11 on site. Jomtien is a great place check in was simple and the host was very quick to answer any questions before arrival.

Do not stay in D112, the room appears to have has no maintenance for many years. Bathroom has mould and a shower tap that falls off every-time you touch it. All the cupboards are falling apart and mostly broken, the bed is so hard it is like sleeping on the floor. Several elecIric sockets hanging off the wall and there is a live electric wire in the closet that gave me a strong electric shock, oh and the terrace fence is so rusted it looks like you’d fall through it.

We like the location and the pool area

We have the room B115 ... which say garden view but is parking area view... the room was in bad condition...air-conditioning smell and not clean ...last night the air-conditioning stop work ... first day we complain over missing cleaning in room ...and the owner say that is the way it is in room like that !!! Finally they come clean ... but poorly again ...and the air-conditioning service come and make a big mess and make our things dirty ... we need sit and wait for all that finished.... at the end the owner stop take the phone over our complaints...because she already received the money .... this is the last time we ever come here ... bad service and dirty and mismanaged room.

I like the pool of the property.

I didn't like the room and its facilities, the Aircon had lots of sound, The water tap was so tight, the curtains couldn't block sunlight at all, I had to wake up at 6:30 in the morning, due to the bright room.
