I love this hotel very much. It could easily be a home from home. On the whole the staff are lovely and have a service culture. I like the open spaces and the cigar area.

Staff were not trained to serve in a quality restaurant. My first meal on the first evening was the fish cake and the pork chop. I was on my own and the both arrived at the same time. The server thought that it would be ok to leave the chop on the table while I at the starter. That was disrespecting me, thinking I knew no better. I did not complain but I was insulted. Most oder were miss delivered. Take the order, repeat confirm. Given the number of errors its worth the effort.

Very service-minded and friendly staff, elegant rooms and facilities, nice pool area, good breakfast, very comfortable bed and rooms and the best hotel gym I have ever seen. The lady at the breakfast even remembered that I don't drink coffee after the first few days and brought me tea instead ❤️

I had some trouble with extra costs being charged by the hotel to my credit card that weren't right, summing up to several thousand TT, which was stressful. But, once we asked about it and straightened out what was what they fixed it without any more issues.

Breakfast was not what I was expecting, I don't eat any and everything and most of the things was not on my eating list, BUT the service was great from CORREN.

The room was great the staff was very friendly especially the shift I met on the morning I went to check out the parking, yes even the security was nice.

The breakfast location on the terrace was lovely and very picturesque. The food was generally good and as a vegan I was able to eat well but I would have liked to see more vegan options and food ID cards confirming things like, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc

Everything at the Brix was great, the only thing that was missing was a small shop / gift shop, for things like snacks, playing cards, pain killers and other essential items, especially as the hotel was not near any grocery or corner shops to my knowledge

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety. The location is convenient if you're in the capital city for business. The room was everything I hoped for. Comfortable, CLEAN, quiet, ambient, modern design, room service on point. The staff was clearly well-trained and exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool, gym, bar- superb

The outdoor dining option at the restaurant is a bit limited since the area is designed as a lounge area. The tables in the outdoor area are low and a bit uncomfortable to eat on. It was still the better option because the air conditioning in the indoor dining area was too cold for us, especially at breakfast. Maybe the hedge at the entrance from the car park could be trimmed, I'm not sure if that was the intended design but you cannot use that walkway without being brushed by the hedge. Little on the pricey side.

I liked the scent of the hotel as you enter the lobby. The room was very large and spacious with 2 double beds. Very clean and well maintained. The pool area was lovely to chill out in. I enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner at the restaurant- the tuna pasta was delicious. The bar on the rooftop was great for sunset drinks and small snacks.

We werent able to walk around the hotel area as the roads are super busy and not many pavements. Especially at night.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and roomy with the most comfy beds. The pool and surrounds was a welcome escape and a generally nice area to hang out and chill.

No mango at breakfast - in saying that the breakfast with it's selection of traditional Trini and regular items was very good. We found this across all hotels - mango trees dropping their fruit and rotting on the roads but no mango served at breakfast which as "typical western tourists" we would love.

The breakfast was exceptional. The staff was amazing and it was actually my birthday so they made it extra special and memorable! I will definitely visit again.

The check-in wait time was too long and it delayed our arrival to the room as we waited for about 2 hours in the lobby. The next day however, we asked for a later checkout time and it was given. I personally felt like we shouldn’t have to ask though, since it wasn’t our fault the checkin was a bit disorganized. Brix should have offered us a later check out as a courtesy.

Breakfast was excellent. Some of the serving staff were better than others. All were good, but one in particular was very good. I can’t remember her name.

We only asked for the room to be cleaned once, even so I don’t think it was dusted on that one occasion. Also, I could have asked, but it would have been nice if the tea and coffee making facilities in the room were more accessible; better quality coffee and an option to have milk in the fridge for tea.

I got the room at a great price with breakfast included. The room itself is very luxurious and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was aesthetically pleasing. Customer service was exceptional as was overall ambience of the hotel. I highly recommend the rooftop bar for a nice view with drinks. While I didn’t fully take advantage of the pool, the poolside seating was beautiful and comfortable as was the pool. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

The bathroom door in our room kept sliding open after closing so cold air was continuously coming in. The bathroom vent also was not working. Lighting in the room could also be a little better but these are minor complaints.
