I would like to thank the reception staff for making our stay very comfortable. When we arrived, we had a standard room booked. The man at reception automatically upgraded us to a large deluxe room for free. He did everything he could to help us. We were so happy about this as the standard room was quite small for 2 of us. They will help you as much as they can. We had a fantastic stay, the breakfast was nice, rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. I couldn't fault the hotel. We met so many amazing people . We also got a free wash and blow dry at the hotel. Overall we are so happy with our stay and will definitely book Azuu again.

The only thing I could say is that they need more storage for your clothes etc.

It started with a free room upgrade! Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room has been fantastic- spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious, I just love a turkish breakfast with herbs, fresh vegetables, olives and cheese. The hotel is located just up the road from the sea promenade and has plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby. The old town is quite far away, but easily accessible by bus. The cats were quite well behaved and looked clean.

Couldn't use the hot tub as there was no hot water, but then it didn't bother me enough to complain about it. Everything else was just perfect.

We enjoyed the location and the tranquility provided by Azuu Boutique Hotel. The breakfast was enjoyable and the cleaning was very thorough and consistent. The staff were very friendly, both at the reception and bar/restaurant, and helped use with everything we asked for. The area offers many cafes and food, both local and international. Terra city shopping mall and Lara Hamami are within short walking distance. We enjoyed a longer walk to BLM Beach a couple of times to relax in the sun for some hours and have a dip. Otherwise there are other spots to have a dip in the water from the cliffs that are closer. With a short taxi ride you can go to Antalya City.

Some things were a little outworn - the TV in our room was for example almost falling off the wall. This didn't affect our stay and comfort in any way. We sometimes forgot to buy water on the way home and wished the mini bar had been filled up with an emergency bottle or two.

Location was great, near the shopping center with many restaurants near the hotel. Rooms are cute, staff is friendly.

Bed was not so comfortable.

That one of the buildings is without an elevator. It’s hard for the elderly and the luggage carrier.

There is an info that blow out is for free but when i went there I had to pay cuz apparently its just for some programme clients, that no one informed me abut before. It wasnt too expensive but I would like to know the conditions before i decide to take the service.

Room was very clean, spacious and light. Bed was very comfortable. Staff at the reception and breakfast was kind and helpful. The biggest thanks for the lady from reception desk who gave us much attention and precious tips which made our stay unforgettable. Swimming pool was clean and every day we had place for lying and sunbathing. Very close to main street. We were very happy and satisfied of our stay in Turkey.

The breakfast is great to start the day. Lots of options and the scrambled egg...beautiful! Very friendly staff, going above and beyond every day. Extra special mentions to Bareki, Yunus, Hasan and Sinem, also Suzan and her great smile! Thank you all!! Second visit and definitely will be back again...and again!

There is not a lift in one block. This is due to the structure of the building, .but not a major issue. The views from the rooms and the hotel itself make up for it

Breakfast was very good and location was also excellent. Staff were very helpful, nice and polite. We will not hesitate to come back again to this hotel. Receptionists and barmen were excellent. Cleaners were very polite, helpful and friendly.

For this price I cannot think of anything else. Unfortunately, Turkish bath was not working and they were repairing it.

We stays only 2 nights at this amazing hotel and loved every single thing about this place. First of all, we were upgraded to a bigger luxurious room with a jacuzzi. The breakfast area was very charming and the food at the buffer was delicious and had great choice. The hospitality was immaculate, extremely welcoming and friendly. Guys at reception -Mr. Berkay and Mrs. Sirem made us feel safe and helped us with any questions we had, they were very professional and spoke good English too. The hotel overall was very beautiful and cozy. I would 100% recommend this place to my friends as it’s very close to the sea, old town and the shopping centre. The hotel has lovely pool, also you can rent a scooter right from the hotel. I can’t wait to come back to this lovely hotel again in the future!
