Puding Hotel

Good breakfast, location, staff were friendly and accommodated with our room change. Also enjoyed the swimming pool and workout facilities.

Not an issue with the hotel, however non-registered taxi cabs cannot enter the location. We had to walk a while (10+ minutes with suitcases) from Hadrian's gate, so note to users of the booking.com taxi service - your taxi may not be able to enter the area.

Breakfast selection was wide and delicious. The location was amazing to reach every sightseeing possible. The hotel's inner garden was so beautiful. Staff was always helpful.

I did not know how loud will be to stay in the old town of Antalya. There was a club/bar behind one of the hotel's facility that played very loudly music so leaving the window open for some fresh air and cool breeze for the night, was not an option.

clean tidy all the staff were respectful, the decor was smart and up to date the facilities were great 👍

The tV sat channels could be a lot better, they do not have female staff to massage other females which was a bit of a let down for my mum who was uncomfortable in only having a male, she decided to go elsewhere to have a massage sauna and hamama. this could be a easy fix for them to provide.

It was clean and friendly. The location was perfect. Breakfast was also fine.

Bought a room with sea view supposedly but it was not. From all trees and a park in front of it blocking the room, it clearly wasn't.

Lovely hotel. We've stayed here four times. It's bang right in old town. great location. It can be noisy at night from drunks drinking in alleyway behind hotel. Also bars play loud music. They are supposed to turn it of at midnight. Very vibrant area. Beautiful place.

Mr. Haydar at the reception desk was very nice, professional & courteous. Always nice & helpful. Hotel is beautiful, location is great.

BMr. Hunker at the bar/restaurant was arrogant, not professional & yelled at me for asking him get me some ice. The manager finally had to intervene & told him that he shouldn't be treating guest that way. Still he had an attitude & wasn't nice. We didn't go to the restaurant because of him.

I asked for the room that was advertised on Booking.com. The view from that room was the sole reason for choosing Puding hotel. The management said it was occupied !! I booked it, and it was attributed to someone else ! First I got a very tiny room with small balcony, and almost no view. I refused it on the spot, and got presented with a larger room. The room i was then given was good with a terrace overlooking the port, but it was not as good as the one I initially booked!

- the best thing of this hotel is the location: till Mermerli beach only 2 min walking; bar street 5 min; Hadrians Gate 10 min - Deluxe room is pretty big and comfortable( in relation to other hotels in Kaleici). - small but nice pool with “window “ in the wall - nice small garten in the hotel

- Room with half see view is not worth it, it is bigger -yes, you will have small kitchen, but the furniture is much older than in deluxe room, no feeling that you are near the water, it smells like sewage - If you need something by reception I would recommend to ask in the first half of the day, at the evening comes a new team, and they have 0 interest to help - I asked to have a „normal“ blanket and they say „we don’t have it..“ so it can be you will sleep under something like „towel „ - Rooms in the court of the hotel will be mostly quiet. In the main Bildung you may hear personal stuff from 7:00 am every day - Breakfast is just normal. Coffee tastes not good, orange juice ist not orange juice ( more water with powder)

Amazing location in a quiet part of old town Antalya yet central to all surrounding attractions! Felt very safe wandering around town at night, and some of the friendly local dogs ended up accompanying us on our walks. Right next to the marina and the surrounding viewpoints so we could catch all of the sunrises and sunsets. Dining area was quite spacious and had good service.

We drove a rental car, and Google Maps had some trouble navigating us into the narrow streets of old town. Took a few tries, but finally approached one of the gates through the city walls and told the attendant we had a reservation and they let us through. The hotel had a valet park our car out back for the duration of our stay.
