Kingsgate Hotel by Millennium

Great value in comparison to other nearby hotels. The views are good. The neighbourhood is nice and in Abu Dhabi downtown. The room size is good. It is close to Abu Dhabi Mall and the staff are nice people.

The facility is a bit old. The keys did not work on the second day. What I disliked the most was the WiFi experience, where it is limited to 3 devices only per room.

We love the staff at the reception especially Name Marah, she always greeted us with a genuine smile And she's polite. She did an Amazing job infront of reception thats suits her as she has an Amazing Smile.The best thing here is you can check out late till 2pm.Housekeeping Team did A great Job. Room is clean and tidy.

The noise outside the room ,it's my second time here I feel like there is construction going on..there is no Room.service. Over all Amazing 👏 🤩

Location is nice because 5 mins to walk in supermarket and mall also near to all bar and restaurant ...friend staff and thank to give us late check out. And nice room and relax

regarding for the extra water with payment..because the 2 water is not enough for 2 person also some facility like coffee and soup and shampoo..no slipper also. Every is good except the facility.. But thank u again

We have a good time 2 days in Abu dhabi, we are positive surprise with bus connection, road, people who are very organization, friendly and cind. We like that we feel safe. We are look Burj Khalifa, beaches, shops, many shops 😁 Hotel is nice, room are big and we been at 9 floor, so the view is stunning, the sun is soooo beautiful when look at window.

Everything is ok

A little outdated hotel, but as we stayed there managment started with a upgrading program. However, the service and friendly staff is fantastic. We loved it very much and strongly recommend this hotel. Special with the location, close to plenty restaurants and the Abu Dhabi shopping mall is 5 minutes walk away.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful! Special thanks to Ram that made my stay even better, helping me with internet and getting me a room with a nice view. The bed was large and super comfortable, the bathroom is also large and the shower is great as well. There was a nice table and many power plugs to who needs to work. The lcoation is great because it is within walking distance to a shopping mall to get some food, there are stores close to the hotel as well and it was always very easy to find an uber/taxi. It was a special stay|!

I think they could have cleaned up a little bit better under the bed, because there was some dust under it. Nothing really bad though. Also when I made the suggestion at the end of my stay, the staff was very understanding

The room was quiet with nice view

When we checked in the receptionist asked as about the breakfast, she said that it’s a breakfast in the room. She gave us some papers to fill about the type of breakfast where we selected the time as well. We asked to have the breakfast at 9:30 am and they delivered it at 7:30 am and knock at the door disturbing our sleep. They let the food hanging on each door in a bag…

Good place if you have a long layover in Abu Dhabi. The room was correct and clean.

The toilet could be better as there were holes in the shower taps, but it was clean.

The room was big, spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and everything needed is given. A big shout-out to the accommodating receptionist Islam. I came to the property very late already and they held the room for me eventhough I didn't prepay until almost midnight.

So far, so good. 😁

Staff was really nice and helpful. They were going out of their way to make our stay as good as possible.

It's not noted on the app, but there is no buffet type breakfast instead breakfast is brought to the room and served with plastic boxes and plastic cutlery. Therefore little bit tricky to eat without a proper chair and table.
