Ayla Hotel

I came for my friend's wedding at the hotel and wanted to stay the night so I didn't drive back to Abu Dhabi. Ayla Hotel was around the city center and situated next to this beautiful mosque I could see from my window. Restaurants were close by although I still had to drive a couple of minutes to the nearest fast food. It was next to a hospital which was reassuring. Staff were very polite and warm, instantly felt like I was coming in to stay at a higher calibre hotel. They got me checked in quickly and sorted my luggage at the door. The weather was perfect for an outside dinner at the restaurant at the rooftop. I didn't indulge in the gym or pool amenities.

The elevator was a bit creaky, could be a sign of the age of the hotel but it may be cause for concern, especially since I was the only person in the elevator at the time

I liked the location of hotel. It is very easy to reach main showplaces in Al Ain like museums, parks, libraries and mosque. I like the food, it is amazing. The hotel is clean and good arranged. The stuff is friendly and nice. Also it is really quick to reach the supermarket, so I’m amazed.

It would be really good if the housekeeping leaves 2 towels in the bathroom instead one. However, when I requested that, I got them. So thanks for housekeeping. Also I would like if there would be some special hours for women only to access the gym and the pool so men and women do not mix together.

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was like falling into a cloud. I had the best nights sleep while at the Ayla. I also appreciate the 35 AED coupon which allowed me to eat without additional cost. Thank you!

Long walk from elevator to the room. Other that it was fine. One night I requested two Pepsis and they only brought one and when I asked that they provide an additional one the young man said yes but never returned with the Pepsi.

Staff are generally friendly. I dropped my credit card after my check out and the hotel staff quickly called me while I was still having lunch in the hotel. Food vouchers are given for hotel staff which I used for breakfast lunch and at the resturant.

Body massage vouchers were given and I used twice. First time is okay and the body massage was done properly. Second time, it is not done properly.

The room is very comfortable and the health club facilities the best I have seen. Moe at reception was kind and helpful. The view of the grand mosque and Oman mountains are special.

The room price is a bit expensive but there are not that many choices in town. The location is a long walk from the major attractions and the bus station and there are few dining options outside the hotel.

Very clean and spacious room, professional and friendly staff. Special thanks to Sandun Kosala from house-keeping department, Vishnu and Rishnu (pardon me if I mispelled the name 😊) from the Restaurant. These guys are very friendly and professional and really know their job. Thanks for making my stay a good one guys 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Its my first stay in your hotel together with my family, its a friendly environment, especially in the F.O. staff.(racquel, eve) for the assist while we are staying in the hotel. Hope we will see you again. Thank you for the warm welcome and gesture. Housekeeping also have a great job well done for the room, they prepare with the standard cleaning, and the amenities request always on time.

My bed was the most comfortable of all the beds I have tried sleeping into. The covered pool was very smart idea It is the only covered pool I know here in Al Ain and it was bery useful. No need to worry about being too much burned in summer.

That there were no fried rice option on breakfast during my stay there.😅 not sure if they didnt have it that time or they really dont serve it at all.

The staff where serving us was very good specially Mr.JANARDANAN who handled our luggage.Also the reception was so good for check inn nd check out.Location was excellent and sufficient parking also was there

Resturent menu was limited and cutlery was not kept in the room.shower room was bit congested and property need renovation for keeping best standard .If renovated with latest fittings and facilities this will be one of the best property in al ain
