Quality Inn & Suites Greenville I-65

The rooms smelled nice and were comfy and clean. The staff was great. There were more ammenities in the rooms than I am used to in a 2 star or even 3 star hotel. We had a mini fridge and a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and the free Wifi was strong! We LOVED the unexpectedly awesome free hotel breakfast! You can make your own hot waffles and there's eggs and sausage (really good sausage patties) and then 3 kinds of juice, coffee, milk, cereal, muffins, and yogurt! Staff was nice and the hotel was SO quiet! Our room was so well noise-insulated we didn't even hear a peep, not even the storms that were happening while we were there. I wouldn't have known it was raining and thundering and hailing!

There's not much. The room could have used a chair or two maybe? The shower curtain rod was slumping so the floor would get wet when we showered, but it wasn't a big deal and they gave us extra towels. The pool was closed though it was really hot out. And my biggest complaint was I requested a disability accessible room close to parking so I could easily get to and from my room and I had to walk through a breezeway to get to my room. BUT, I was booking one of their last three rooms on a weekend when a big event had all the hotels booked, so I knew I was only going to be able to get accommodated so far. It still wasn't a long walk and we were the first room on the other side of the breezeway. I really don't feel they could have done much better with the hotel packed out.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. I didnt see any mention of a pool on the website and was very happy to see it once i got there. The lobby was nice and clean. Even though the breakfast was repetitive, it was good. It's close to a lot of restraunts and shopping centers. My room had a mini fridge and microwave that we definitely used!

I would have liked a little variety in the breakfast. It was the same thing every morning. A couple of the front counter staff members seemed very new and seemed like they could use a little more training. The bathrooms are very small and with the doors opening inward its hard to get in them. The pool area definitely needs more of a seating area. There was only 2 chairs and a couple of cracked stools.

The hotel was immaculate. The desk was as friendly as can be and I felt safe. Traveling alone can sometimes be scary, but it was well lit and I felt safe the whole evening.

I would be making up stories if I said anything negative. It was a super nice hotel.

Location and price

No issues except if you arrive at 2:30 they will not let you in until 3. But they will try to come in your room at 8:00 the next morning to clean. Happened to 2 people in our group. Said room was not clean but we sat there and waited and no housekeeper ever went in that room. (She told me what our room number was) I mean, what’s the big deal with being 30 mins early if the room was ready.

The young lady at the desk was very polite and welcoming. There was a small line and she made sure we all knew we were important and she would be getting right to us. She also had patience with the guest who was holding up the line.

The breakfast selection could have more soft, quick eats. The remote control did not work.

Great location, closest to customer site. Spacious room with amenities. Staff is excellent.

Breakfast is less than basic, unless you like waffles every day.

The service was very good - Ashley who helped me at the counter, also helped me with several things in my room to ensure I had a good stay. She was super friendly and helpful!

I wish the ac was a little stronger as even on high it was still a little too warm for me

The breakfast was adequate and convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The floor in our room was filthy which we noticed when we spilled some water and wiped it up. Made us wonder what else wasn’t clean.

The door to the room was very hard to open The front desk said to push hard to open it had to use my shoulder to open it told the front desk at checkout said the door frame was just painted I don’t think it was paint

Quiet hotel in great location. Decent Mexican restaurant loacted at the front of the property. Clean room with fridge and microwave. Nice breakfast available. Plenty of parking.
