Best Western Canyon De Chelly Inn

Just five minutes drive from the Canyon, the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The towels and linens were fresh,soft, and clean, and the bedside table lamps had double outlets. There was always fresh coffee and fresh baked cookies in the lobby. The staff was accommodating, welcoming and generously flexible. To name the bonus - The Junction rRestaurant on the property is so good - reasonably priced and serving many Navajo dishes and fresh baked pies.

I wish the mini fridge had a freezer section.

Very conveniently located for visiting the canyon and family. Comfortable, clean, and a friendly staff. This was at least my third summer there and was delightful each time.Kee Begay takes an interest in insuring knowledge of Rewards and that I will receive them even though booked through booking. Com. Sounds good!

Having stayed at BW motels across the country dozens of times over the past 40 years, I'm aware the company has been raising its standards. And its prices. I'm not entirely on board with the concept of the price rises exceeding the quality increases. I did enjoy the very roomy space, the high quality sheets, the easy access and reliable WiFi. I DID like Best Western for many years. (Note the Question: "What DID you like?")

I do not normally have trouble sleeping. On this trip, I've been in motels for more than 15 nights out of 21, using rather soft beds (not my preference), firm beds (my general favorites), and this incredibly brick-hard bed at BW. I am over 50, over 60, and I don't think I've ever experienced such a hard mattress. I found sleep quite difficult to come by, so even though my evening had been quite pleasant in such an attractive room until I tried to sleep, I can't give the place a high overall rating.

The hotel was clean and my room was very comfortable. A nice place to return to at the end of each of my two days at Canyon de Chelly. The adjacent restaurant (The Junction) was clean with friendly staff and wonderful food. I believe it is under the same ownership as the hotel.

There is a restaurant in the hotel parking lot that was great! Not many food options in Chinle but this restaurant had the market cornered for locals and tourists - FYI get there early before 6 pm because it is popular. Clean big hotel room really close to Canyon de Chelly.

The room was on the street level, which we liked. The lobby was pleasant and offered yummy snacks and drinks. We chose this due to the proximity to Canyon de Chelly. It was very close.

In the center of the hotel was a restaurant. It was not open on the day we were there and the few places to eat in the area had long waits. This was not really the fault of the hotel but we ended up with a meal from the grocery store.

The bathroom shower and faucet need fixing or update.

Quick & easy check  in & out with private parking space  accessible right to our door. Perfect for avoiding encounters with other human during this pandemic. Room was spacious and clean.  Comfy beddings and linens. Appliances were working well. Wifi was good. A/C was strong and efficient considering our room was facing the strong sun during the day. Closest hotel to Canyon de Chelly.

Specious room with all essentials including a mini fridge and a microwave, coffee maker. The staff were amazing. The on-site restaurant could not be any more convenient, the staff incredible and the food was good. We arrived 5 min to 8 (they close at 8) and were able to order take out which was very nice.

Rooms were very spacious. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful. We checked in at 7pm, but it was really 8pm and needed food. She recommended we quickly get over to the restaurant. Great advice as we had a good filling dinner. Overall a good experience and a perfect location for visiting Canyon de Chelly.

Rooms had a musty smell on entry. Air conditioning the room helped clear it out.

The room was clean, comfortable and well located for visiting Canyon de Chelly National Monument.

The Internet did not work at all in the room, so we had to sit in the lobby for Internet access.
