The large rooms are beautiful, new, and squeaky clean. These folks also handled the Covid-19 breakfast restrictions better than other hotels. (But it will be nice to get back to real breakfasts soon.)

Several of the other guests did not wear masks and did not maintain any distance in the breakfast area. Parents are still clueless about their unvaccinated children. This was not the hotel's fault -- they cannot police the offenders. Maricopa County was more considerate of others well-being but the more rural parts of Arizona, like Safford/Thatcher are still very risky for anyone living with reduced immunity.

Food was good!

Our booking was unintentionally booked with Booking.com. Booked 2 rooms 1 night and was charged for 6 nights!! My husband had to waste valuable time several days to correct this error. The Thatcher manager was trying to help but unable to do anything but connect us to Booking.com. Every time he called another night was added to my charge card. Very aggravating and will never use this service again.

Facility was very clean & staff was friendly

Felt the breakfast could have been better.. Breakfast burrito were over cooked & hard & feel there should be a couple choices for the burritos especially for those that do not eat meat. Waffles had good flavor but overly sweet.

Both the room and the facility were very clean. The willingness of the staff to provide the opportunity for our family to barbecue and picnic by the pool was so appreciated.

It would help to have an explanation at the beginning of your stay about the cleaning/resupply process. We would like to know if the room will be cleaned at all during our visit, what to do if trash gets full, what to do if towels, etc. are needed.

expected breakfast to be different not pre made breakfast sandwiches and burritos kind of cold . and on line reserved our room for a king bed when we checked in we got two twins was told this happens all the time the staff was great enough to fix it though for us.

property was very clean and conveniently located. the staff was so friendly and easy to work with. I came in for one night for a funeral service and was given an early check-in and friendly service.

it would have been nice to have an extra towel/towel bar for the bar area. bathroom floor was so slippery so I had to use extra towels to cover the floor.

Very clean, new and nice rooms.

Felt like I got a bate and switch with the room. Was supposed to be a king, when I got there they said they were sold out of king rooms. Looked on Booking.com and it still said 5 were available. 😐

I love how the room is set up and I love how they have everything you need in there like makeup wipes and shampoo and conditioner and body wash

The pillows need to be more thick overall everything else is great

Classy-looking room! It had two closets, a "living room" area with a bar area. The lobby was very nice. Good breakfast. Nice staff.

Hallway on the rooms floor seemed a bit narrow.

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the arrangement of the room. Our stay was great. We enjoyed it and wished we could have stayed another night or two.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
