Courtyard Tucson Airport

Did not have breakfast or other food at the hotel. Went to adjacent Denny's, which was surprisingly good and pleasant. The elevator was nice for the 3rd floor, ice machine was handy. The shower was sparkling and my husband loved it. We liked having Showtime to watch and we found a good movie. TV was in good shape. Liked having glasses vs. plastic cups to drink from.

The water in the tap was so fizzy it looked white and unappealing. It was not very cold, either. We used our bottled water to drink in the room. There should have been more pillows than just four for two people; Best Western has more. Also, the LOUD air conditioner was unpleasant, going on and off most of the night. We had to fiddle with the temperature several times to get the right balance of temperature and the a/c starting up with a roar.

Comfortable king bed and sleeper sofa. Good AC unit with wall thermostat. Dining and gas station within walking distance. Gorgeous facilities and updated rooms. I didn't use the breakfast area, but coffee and danishes were on the menu. (Call ahead if curious about breakfast) I used white noise to drown out the sound of airplanes and it was otherwise quiet. Staff is very friendly. On call shuttle was helpful. I would stay here again.

No housekeeping during my 4 night stay in April '21 due to the lingering pandemic hysteria, however I was able to receive bedding and towels with a phonecall. No microwave in room but one is in the lobby. The location is very far from Tucson central and Tucson west where I had business and in a sketchy part of town. Mushy pillows. Poorly stocked snacks in lobby market. Tv in room doesn't face bed and isn't centered to sofa so it was impossible to watch comfortably, even when pulled out on the adjustable arm. With tax, I paid over $100 a night, which I think is too expensive for this area but you're paying for being close to the airport, and unfortunately where I was doing my business I had no other closer alternative unless I stayed at the casino.

We paid for the breakfast when we booked the room, expecting at very least a continental breakfast. What we were given was 1 choice of coffee OR juice and one choice breakfast item. I ordered coffee and yogurt and my friend ordered coffee and oatmeal. I also asked for a toasted bagel but that was NOT an option. So we paid $36 for 2 coffees 1 yogurt and 1 oatmeal. OUTRAGEOUS. Other hotels in the area do better than that. For that reason I would not recommend your hotel nor would I stay there again.

Convenient to the airport and a quick shuttle ride. I was able to get picked up in five minutes (helpful in the Arizona heat). Since I came in late at night I scheduled my rental car for the next day. The shuttle took me to the rental facility and picked me up when I dropped it off the same day. Facilities were great. The internet was fast and the TV had Netflix. While I didn’t use Netflix, I thought that was helpful. I didn’t use the pool either, but plenty of people were. Hotel was very clean overall and looked like the rooms were recently updated.

I booked the hotel because it had a restaurant and I wanted to eat in. When I got to the hotel I discovered that the restaurant / bar was only available for breakfast and was not open at night. I ended up taking an Uber to a restaurant as there is nothing within walking distance besides fast food. Though there are signs to use masks in public areas, very few did.

I didn’t end up trying the breakfast for myself, but it appeared that the hotel did have a wide selection of choices when it came to food. The lobby held many different snacks and meals to choose from.

There actually wasn’t anything that seemed flawed. I throughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, and everything went perfectly. The only thing that I could get at is the price of the hotel itself compared to other ones on the area, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Clean hotel with friendly staff.

The restaurant area is understaffed. One person takes orders, cooks the food and drives the hotel minibus. Waiting time to order food was sometimes in excess of 15min.

I like the size of the room, the cleanliness, and most of all, I liked how comfortable the bed is.

The elevator took a while. The air was off in the hallway, so waiting for the elevator in the heat was dreadful

Excellent front desk person -- so friendly and helpful! I wish I knew his name because he should definitely be appreciated! We also liked the design of the sofa in our room with places to set a drink on both sides, and the spacious shower with its rounded glass sliding barn door.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great.

The gym was missing several weights. Only very heavy weights were available. The lighter weights were missing.

Breakfast was not free. It was too overpriced. The room was smaller than it appeared in pictures. Room was superbly clean. Air conditioner worked well. Plenty of lighting.Pool was great! Heated and clean. Grounds were also kept up and nice flowers.

No exghast fan. No free Breakfast.
