Great location. Like the style of hotel, did get this time a one bedroom, but I have used the two bedroom before and they are great. Breakfast was good, changing an item in the hot menu any other day. Coffee always good. If you are new to Sonesta, they only do room cleaning service once a week, so if this is Ok for you then you are fine.

They are now charging $5 dollars for parking each day. This was new to me, indeed was mentioned in the policies section, but pre-pandemic they didnt use to charge for parking. Outside the room was a bit messy due to the trees, we stayed 4 nights and there was no maintenance.

I have accessibility issues and the room was perfectly situated. The room was clean and comfortable. When I say clean, I mean everything was spotless. The staff was exceptional, especially Roberta at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant/front desk. Both of them bent over backwards to make sure all the guests were happy. If I owned my own business, I would hire the both of them immediately.

A little more information could be posted in the laundry room. It would be nice to have the coins and the soap available there.

My daughters and I stayed there for a month. Having the full kitchen was wonderful, we were able to save so much money by cooking our own food. I always felt safe there, and I loved having the little patio to sit and drink my coffee!

I believe I paid more than I should have, as I was not aware of/ was not offered the extended day price. Was not aware there was one until after we left...

I was amazed by the large space. The amenities are well thought out as they also provide necessities to use said amenities ( ie pots for the stove).

My only gripe is that there were not enough hangers and paper products and the pillows were non existent. Although they provide more paper towels / toilet paper upon request, it would have been nice to have a couple extra rolls already in the room . The pillows are so soft and empty - it's like they took a normal pillow and divided it into 4 cases.

It was my first time staying at Sonesta, and I had a great relaxed time there, and breakfast was so great from the bagels and danishes to the bacon & eggs. A cup of coffee then a glass of OJ just topped it off. Thank you for the excellent svcs.

My stay was too short, I would of liked to stay more than 2 days, that is how comfortable I was. I felt I was in my own home, and being able to cook in the lovely kitchenette made it more cozy.

The room was actually more than I needed as I mostly slept there while visiting others. All was good.

A lady with a child (don't know age or if issues were medical or not) placed above me who did not sleep. the child ran back and forth and when I yelled HEY, Sleeping here. They got nasty and made more and more noise. I had to call the office twice in the early morning hours and then they moved them. Bad night.

Clean facility. Clean rooms. Very comfortable and inviting. The a/c was cold and the full, fully stocked kitchen is very nice to have. It actually felt like a nice, cozy apartment; a home away from home. The beds were so comfortable too, as we all slept so well we barely moved in our sleep!:D I also noticed, being on the second floor with a second floor, we heard minute noise from the other rooms. It really felt like an apt. Looking forward to other Sonestas and will definitely come back to this one. Thanks, Sonesta ES!

I just suggested a bar in the shower, just in case a slip or lose footing. The tub's curve was a bit steep but this is just a suggestion. I actually put a small hand towel down on the bottom of the tub and that made my footing more sure. But again, that in no changed my mind about the facility.

The room was very comfortable and well appointed. It included everything you would expect in an extended stay hotel. The furnishings were good quality and made us feel at-home.

The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The toilet did not flush well and required a plunge more than once. The breakfast was ok, but it seems like they are using Covid protocols to control cost more so than to prevent the spread of Covid.

The bed was very comfortable and the room layout was fun and unique. We really liked the loft style setup and separate sleeping areas. Two bathrooms was appreciated in the design of the suite also.

The buildings were needing some care (window and door screens hanging or off, paint peeling, doors and table tops were scratched or marred, marked and scuffs on interior walls,ect). Our room was in a corner and right on the road and it was very noisy.
