Motel 6 Willcox, AZ

Amanda greeted me at check in and was super helpful and friendly. She assured me my car full of belongings was safe in their parking lot as it was patrolled regularly by staff and local police. Whew. What a relief I didn’t have to unpack all that stuff. The bed was comfy. The room was spacious and immaculate. The vanity in the bathroom is ~5 feet long - plenty of space to spread out your toiletries and belongings. I was exhausted from a day of driving and crashed at 9pm. I’m a light sleeper and woke once during the night (I heard another guest) but quickly fell back to sleep. Amanda gave me an interior room in the back. I skipped the breakfast in the morning to get an early start. But it smelled great and the morning crew were equally friendly and attentive. There’s inexpensive gas across the street so it easy to fill up and hop on the highway.

The exterior of the building is dated. And I was preparing for the worst. The inside is completely remodeled, clean and comfortable.

check in and check out straight forward. Ample parking. room was clean. decent water pressure in the shower.

some random employee suggested that the continental breakfast eggs were practically half butter giving me the vibe like I shouldn’t eat them. The same employee was then smoking outside just around the corner of the main entrance

The breakfast was good. It was nice finally to have something warm and not just packaged sweet rolls.

My only complaint about the entire stay was that my door knob was broken so my key wasn't working and it was a hassle to keep going and getting the guy to open the door. Loved the size of the room and everyone within the staff was very helpful and nice

Location was great. Close to highway and services but not next to highway. Great staff. Breakfast was hot and plenty of variety. It’s an older property that is well kept. No complaints. Excellent value.

It was older. Not a complaint just an observation. The beds were comfy though.

It was a good place, our room was fresh and clean - and we had everything we needed. There is a gas station and restaurants near by and you can easily walk to it. We were very satistied with the room!

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The room was extremely comfortable and wi-fi was fast.

Pool was unavailable when we hoped to swim, and cleaning knocked well before standard checkout time (partly our fault for not putting up no knock sign).

We had a small problem with the first room they assigned me. It had yet to be cleaned. The mgr was great and had everything taken care of immediately and was very apologetic. Will stay here again.

Clean comfortable. I've stayed here many time traveling from San Antonio to Las Vegas or Reno, Nevada.

There needs to be a bath mat in the tubs to prevent slipping or falling.

Perfectly situated off the highway!!!

Heavy duty amount of smokers, at least 8 or 10 men smoking both nicotine and cigarette. while we were off loading. THankfully the room did not smell of smoke. There should be designated areas.

Very clean nice atmosphere easy access room was very clean and comfortable I would recommend it to anyone who asked only stayed one night but pool area very clean and accessible
