Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay

The kitchen was spotless and had all the basic dishes you need. The cool pool was the best! The whole family loved it! The whole resort was very clean. The whole townhouse was spotless, washer and dryer available. The air-conditioning was superb! It is a very nice place, just seemed to lack things to do.

There weren't very many if any, other families there. Seemed lonely unless you were at the cool pool. The streets were not very well marked and easy to get turned around. Hiking Sugarloaf Mountain and seeing the JFK Memorial Dam is in Heber Spring about 45 minutes away. I think the queen size bed would be better upstairs. As a parent, I want to be by the front door. Also, no shower downstairs. There were no shops to visit on the property. Easy to get convenience store-type things and Dollar General. I enjoy visiting shops and boutiques owned by local individuals when I travel.

View from condo was beautiful-unit was clean and we had everything we needed. Was super excited that is was SEC tournament weekend and the TV had SEC channel. That was an extra bonus.

Condo needs to add at least one more chair or recliner in the seating area. We were fine since there was only 2 of us but it was a 2 bedroom unit and if we had brought another couple with us, there would have been no where for them to sit comfortably.

Our stay at Wyndham Fairfield Bay was nice. Our 2 Bedroom Villa was clean, very roomy and comfortable.

The only thing we were disappointed with was the time restrictions for the indoor pool. We were aware that the outdoor pool was closed for the season so booked with Wyndham Fairfield Bay wanting a pool for our grandchildren 5 and 7 and their amenities said indoor pool. But, the pool closes at 6 in the evening for those staying on the property. So beware if you are looking for a a resort with indoor pool.

The condo we stayed in was fairly large and had plenty of room for all of us to sleep. There was a large dining table and a bar so room for everyone to sit down and eat together. The balcony was a nice bonus and the view of the trees was beautiful. We used the full kitchen which was perfect and had everything we needed for the meals we brought with us.

There was only a couple of things that could have been better, but these are likely just personal preference. It would have been nice if there was a king bed in the master bedroom. Also, the condo seemed a little stagnant...a ceiling fan in the rooms would have been nice. But, like I said, that is just my personal preference.

The location exceeded my expectations for the price that was paid. The staff was exceptional and worked with us to accommodate a last-minute modification to the reservation dates due to an illness.

The only thing that I could recommend was the possibility of a smart TV that could be accessed by the guest for streaming accounts such as Netflix or Disney.

Excellent 2 bedroom 2 bath furnished condo. The condo has been remodeled since the pictures posted on Booking and was a pleasant surprise. Beds were very comfortable and the shower in the Master was HUGE! The A/C was fantastic. Nicely furnished back patio that was very private. Staff was very friendly and checkin/out was easy. It was a great retreat far removed from noise and traffic. The Wifi in our condo was excellent. The TV's are not smart TV's but you can hook up a FireStick or Roku with no problem.

No negatives.

Very wonderful experience, plan on taking both my children and their kids soon. Everyone was exceptionally nice, best place I've stayed at in a very long time. Loved the room and all the amenities it had to offer.

I honestly can't think of one thing that I didn't like but if I had to choose one I guess it was the view off the balcony, could only see trees.

Great location to restaurants, marina, golf course. Condo was well supplied with everything needed.

The only thing that stands out might be the 2 story layout. We just left our luggage in the upper level living room area. Not a deal breaker though.

The cost, the location, the beds were extremely comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff was excellent, the pools were clean.

It is hard to find rooms with separate bedrooms; Club Wyndham provided that!! Kitchen amenities were great. The room was comfortable and handled all 11 of us for meals.

Disappointed that the swimming pool was not available.
