Helen the "Breakfast" lady is an invaluable member of the Hospitality team! GM: Keep that lady! 💕 She is so welcoming and keeps the food items fresh and tasty! The overall cleanliness of the hotel and it's guest rooms are beyond Spotless. Best place we have enjoyed!

It's not an issue but the pool is closed; under construction due to renovation of it's system. If a pool is important, best call the front desk to check the status.

We loved this hotel. The front desk staff was so nice. They called our room to see if everything was good. The beds are so comfortable and the room was way cleaner than some of the expensive hotels we have stayed at. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. We will be staying here every time we are in the area. Great place to stay!!!! Thanks Quality Inn!!!!

The pool, the breakfast, the staff, the location, and etc.

I am in my 50's and every time we stay there, I end up on the 2nd floor. I guess that is my only disappointment is that if there is no elevator on the 1st there should be someone to help with bags.

Given the location and having stayed in a different hotel from a previous visit; this hotel by far is the best around this area. The front desk staff who checked us in was the most outgoing friendly person we've encountered. There was no elevator and had to take 1 flight up to second floor to access our rooms. The room was clean, bed comfortable and no disruptions with WiFi. Good selections for breakfast and good coffee.

This is a repeat hotel for us! My father lives in the area and we sleep there whenever we visit, which is often. The hotel is very comfortable.

There is no elevator and the breakfast is less than stellar. Maybe it's better on the weekends...we only stay during the week.

the front desk people were absolutely welcoming and warming. They went above and beyond when it came to helping with any concerns. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable! will definitely stay again!!

Checking in was great, helpful, and quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Coffee available downstairs 24 hours. Breakfast was easy with grab and go items. Checking out was easy.

Y'all didnt tell us no elevators. We were booked on second floor. My family is 73 and 69 years young, being booked on the second floor, the flight of stairs could have been deal breaker. The desk was very helpful to tell us to call them direct to be booked on the ground floor. Why is coffee pot in bathroom when there is area near the fridge available, ugh!

Breakfast was nice, also the fact it had a gym and was walking distance to my girlfriend's job

The breakfast was ok in quality but mediocre in variety. The staff was friendly and very helpful in all respects. We were traveling by motorcycle and the staff people were especially accommodating to us. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the location excellent for travelers, like us, visiting the Ozarks.

There was nothing that we disliked about our stay.

the only complaint we had was there is no elevator. While not a huge issue, you might put that in the description somewhere. There are some people that are not handicap but still have a hard time using stairs. Especially if they have a lot of luggage. but everything else was perfect.
