Comfort Suites Blythe

The rooms are spacious and the beds are really comfortable. There are quite a few channels offered on cable. Everyone that I interacted with was cheerful and helpful.

I'm not crazy about the heavy "mini" pillows on the bed. The bathroom could have been better maintained. The plunger that diverts the water from the tub spout to the shower head did not work. It automatically went to the shower head. Also, the mouldings that went around the bathroom door could have been better maintained where they met the bathroom floor.

Stayed twice at location, about a 10 days apart. Great stop off point from LA to Arizona. Plenty of eateries close to hotel. Hotel clean and tidy. Our family room had all we need. On 2nd visit staff very helpful with a room change because aircon not copying with extremely outside heat (112°F).

Breakfast on 1st visit was a let down for me....juice/drinks machine not working (fixed on 2nd visit). Certain food items had run out and were waiting topping up. Can I say the staff member was trying his best, just rushed off his feet. On my 2nd visit breakfast was a pleasurable experience.

The staff was helpful and professional. I was working an event in Quartzite, AZ and had to have several things shipped last minute and the staff let me know what time each parcel service usually arrives and notified me each time the packages came. The breakfast was beyond what I expected during these tough pandemic times. They had an employee who's job was just maintaining the cleanliness of the breakfast and made sure everything was available to you. Again, a great staff and very clean building.

If there was one thing I could say was frustrating was that my room key was easily deactivated, which is partially my fault, by either my keys or my cell phone. But, the staff was always helpful and fixed the room key very quickly.

The staff, very friendly and accommodating, the facility, clean and in good shape and the breakfast was good.

The coffee in the room was not good and those pots are a nuisance, leaking and what you. The coffee in the breakfast room was nice to have during the day as well, but it tasted like instant and not a big fan of that but it got me started with my day.

They had a really nice spread for the breakfast. Everyone in my family found something they really enjoyed eating. I was very happy with our room. We didn't hear anyone from neighboring rooms, which is a plus. The beds were very comfortable.

For how comfortable the beds were, the pillow selection was a bit sad. They were quite chunky. I was very happy I brought my own pillow.

The sofa and coffee table area made the room even more relaxing. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of items from which to choose. The hostess was very attentive and made sure food, condiments, napkins, etc., were always available.

There were a lot of repairs that needed to be done everything else on the property was great my shower would not stop running and I informed the front desk to have maintenance fix it they got the water off but after you shower the water would never turn off causing noisiness disruption and sleep.

I think it would be helpful to go ahead and pay the extra money to get things fixed properly.

The room was really really comfortable with the living room and fridge, ice machine, big parking lot. The breakfast really surprised me with the variety of options. Most places keep it very simple but this hotel had eggs and fruit, waffles, yogurt etc. Check in/out was easy and in general it exceeded my expectations.

Nice and clean, looked very pretty from the outside. Bed was comfortable. Linens were clean and crisp. Breakfast was good. Tons of USB ports to charge electronics (phones, watches and headphones). Carpets looked very clean.

I think they were remodeling. Room had a funny smell, like an old smell. Kind of expensive for the area. Hard to talk to front desk lady she had a mask on couldn’t understand her.

Great location for a quick overnight stop-right next to the I10. Property was very nice and modern, more so than I had expected, and the room had a "European" feel. Wi-fi was very good, and TV (Direct TV) had a great channel lineup. The bed was a little firm, but In a good way-it suited me well, my wife not so much. Room has a small refrigerator and fairly spacious bathroom.

Minor annoyance that the ice machine on our floor was out of order. Also seemed a little pricey for the area, but this was a newer and probably nicer property than the several others along the street. You get what you pay for.
