Our 1st room was horrible.. Blood splattered on the door and wall in bathroom and blood spots on the floor.. There was also maggots crawling all over the room.. Immediately called and requested another room.. The gentleman at the front was very nice and apologized for the conditions of the room and Immediately gave us another room on the opposite side of the property..The 2nd room was finishing getting cleaned, but it was much cleaner and in way better condition..Bed was very comfortable, and the room was huge! With microwave and mini fridge...our stay for the next 2 nights was great. The price we paid was not bad.. I will definitely give this place another shot next time I'm in town.

Couldnt Get the jacuzzi to work but did fill up like a tub and was able to relax in it with hot water

easy to find rooms, well lit at night, offers pool and small area to exercise.

parking lot is rather small, with a semi full lot it was difficult to park if even more than 2-3 cars didn't park properly. Weather stripping on our room door was lifted and could clearly see outside. might not be every room but that was ours. Secondary lock on our door was broken also. primary one on handle was fine though.

it was in a good spot, close to everything. the front desk guy was so nice and so was the cleaning lady.

The staff is great, very nice, room was clean, jucuzzi room awesome, close to So fi stadium, 1.5 miles away, I would stay here again. Bed was comfortable, easy check in, out. AC works great, close to freeway access.

My husband and I love our room with the spa tub. The room was big and was very comfortable. I felt very safe and like a VIP from the moment I checked in until I sadly checked out. This is the place to go if you are celebrating an occasion or just want a relaxing night away from home. Will definitely be coming back!

Everything was perfect!!

I enjoyed the accommodations they are able to make handling each individuals case instead of a “one-size-fits-all” accommodations you can get at larger hotel chains. The late night staff person (I initially checked in about 11pm) was rude, but he ended up getting me squared away. Then the morning staff saved the day and were really kind, considerate, and professional. Appreciated the coffee and tea offered to guests in the mornings too.

Just the initial staff who was rude but that was over a misunderstanding on my end which I just have to deal with 😏🤷🏾‍♀️. No real negative takeaways from my experience at this property.

The jacuzzi worked perfectly, no issues, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy AND NOT Noisy 🥰

It really doesn't have much else to it, no sofa to sit on and relax, no coffee machine, and the table only had one chair, we were two

The property was clean and quiet even saw housekeeping at night. It was very quiet and relaxing.

well my only con would have to be finding a bedbug when I returned home and unpacked. haven’t seen anymore so I would say double check the beds when guest leave.
