1. The meal was great. We had the rooftop burger, k cowboy Bloody Mary & my friend had the yogurt with granola. 2. The Hotel was clean. 3. The staff was very helpful.

1.Later that evening I went to the roof top bar and asked for a hotty toddy, my throat was super sore. The bar tender asked me to leave. 2.There was no counter in the bathroom or shower for toiletries or clothing.

Staff is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Every person on staff was friendly and made our stay amazing! The hotel lounge area and rooms are beautifully designed and modern. Definitely a place for young socialites to eat, work and hang out. Lots of vibrant furniture and eclectic art throughout.

Although well designed and modern industrial, the rooms are a bit small. There is no closet, so there is no place to store luggage. There is also no real space to eat in your room. No refrigerator or microwave. The rooms are made to have guests eat downstairs in the lounge or at the on-site restaurants.

Having the parking garage next store offer some type of validation for day and night stay. We had to repeatedly pay during the day while we went in and out and then again at night. It would have been nice to just have one rate per day with no restrictions

Cute lobby and decor - very instagrammable! Friendly staff full of local DTLA knowledge. The rooftop bar is awesome and comfy! We stayed on the 12th floor, and the elevators were very fast. They did not sway which can give some people that motion-sickness sensation. Yummy breakfast and happy hour deals each night that keeps you wanting to hang around! The TV is huge with plenty of channels to choose from. It is in the heart of downtown, so you get to enjoy the skyline from the two windows.

The bathroom's auto-light sensor was really sensitive, so if someone got up to use the toilet in the middle of the night, it turned on full blast and shown through to the bedroom where people are sleeping. I am a light sleeper and sensitive to light. I wish the light switch had a way to manually turn off that feature or dim the light. The rooms are tiny, but if you like that "small, European" feel, you love this. I was traveling with my husband, mom, and dad, who are very easy-going and organized travelers so it didn't bother us one bit.

Nice room, most definitely upgrade your room or you won’t like their smaller basic rooms.

Walk way to my room to plain, should add some decor, other than that great.

Very stylish boutique hotel. Friendly bar and restaurant staff on the ground floor by the lobby. Extremely handy daily breakfast and beverage credit which can be used towards the cafe, room service, or at The Rooftop. I highly recommend the English Tea experience at Lilly Rose and a dinner or drinks booking at The Rooftop. The staff go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable

The location. Although its in a prime location to get around LA by taxi or car, the streets feel very unsafe at night time. A lot of homeless people in the surrounding area. Definitely avoid staying out late at night.

location, Style.. very cool!

The staff was outstanding. Really, could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They were fantastic. The location was excellent. Easy access to public transportation and in a safe downtown area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Large TV Quiet. Very nice and modern bathroom. Overall a good value.

The room was on the small size - not much area to do anything but lay on the bed - there was just an additional barstool chair facing a small elevated top. There is a $20 service fee added for which they give two free drinks a day at the roof bar and a $10 credit for breakfast. We got our money's worth, but others may not. There is a trend in downtown hotels to repurpose old industrial buildings, that is the case here, so it has that feel to it. I'm fine with it, recently stayed in a similar place in Miami. But it may not be for everyone.

The three restaurants at the hotel made it easy for meeting up for networking brunches, lunches, dinner. The staff was incredible, from the front desk team, to the waitstaff, bartenders/bar backs, and housekeeping, the food was delicious as well.

Understanding that the rooms were tiny, the standing desk situation was not a great option. Comfier seating apart from the bed in the Urban King room would have been nice. A/C was a little loud and had to almost always be running. No real closet space.
