nice staff,parking,wood floors,clean room,laundry room and microwave 2 vending machines equipped with drinks and a variety selection of goodies and not to mention the famous country folks restaurant known for its bomb food that’s located just a few steps away so breakfast is bomb.

The beds too small and uncomfortable to sleep 2 people in. Atleast for me it was but I went with family and didn’t get a suite so that was my fault. I don’t like that the property looks outdated but if it wasn’t then maybe euphoria wouldn’t have filmed here so I guess it’s a win for the owners here but I would definitely like to have them atleast change their old flowery looking blankets to a solid color and always provide new like towels and sheets to everyone. The king size bed was very comfortable.

When i came in to check in the guy in the front desk was angry or mad. He didn't say a word to me like how are you or nothing very rude when you ask them how they are doing and no response back. I felt like a jackass. In the other hand the guy in the morning shift ask me good morning and how was my night and room. I told him good morning and it was a great stay.

The room was clean and the bathroom wasn't small had a full tub and love the big mirror in the room. And table in front of it. Wish It would have had a lil chair by the mirror tho

The parking The staff was kind of rude also.

That they are cheap

The management can be very quick to deny you service if you say anything in disagreement with them.

I really appreciated the check in accommodations the lady working made for us. We had to move hotels and check in was supposed to be 3 or later but she had let us check in early due to having no place to go.

The staff could be a bit better. When I was checking in, one of the staff members would just leave the papers without telling me I had to sign them. Then would rudely come back and tell me to sign.

This hotel has been amazing .! They are extremely friendly here. Not only the office staff but the maids as well. Here you’re always welcomed with a smile. The rooms are huge! Tons of space, big closet spaces as well! They have night stands , dressers, and tables ! I love the fact that they have a little dinner table with chairs in its own little space so you can eat with your family ! It’s a nice addition. And if you’re like me and do work from home or computer work. Then you’ll love the work desks they have in the rooms ! Yes not only do the rooms have plenty of furniture, space , and closets, they’re also really clean! The maids do an awesome job!. I don’t have any complaints about this hotel. Honestly, they’ve been a real life saver. My family and i have been living in hotels after losing our house when covid started and moving around every month is hard and trying to find a nice hotel is even harder! Trust me! I’ve stay at almost every hotel in the valley, Hollywood, Los Angeles, all the way to Arcadia ! So trust me when i say that yea, this may not be the best area but it isn’t the worst by far! If you aren’t from here then you probably will be one of those people that leave a bad review because the location of the hotel rubbed you the wrong way but thats not the hotels fault lol any one whose form here , if they were looking for a “safer” place then Sepulveda blvd was their first mistake lol and people from here know what I’m talking about ! So it’s not the hotels fault or the hotel itself. It’s just the valley and sepulveda blvd. It is what it is. Yea theres homeless people but they’re not all bad people! Just think without money for a room I’d be on the street with them! So don’t be so quick to judge.! If you mind your own business like your momma should have taught you as a baby then 9 out of 10 times you’ll be good! And don’t think that it’s unsafe and you’re gonna get robbed by homeless people! That’s just silly.

I have not ONE complaint. I’m from here so i know the ins and outs I’m familiar with the area, I know what’s up and I still chose to stay here so no complaints here . It’s one of the top 3 hotels in LA county on my list. ! Can’t say this enough, thank you so much Travel Inn! WE really appreciate you! And are very grateful for the hospitality! STAY HERE ! LOVE THIS HOTEL!

I liked that parking was decent, it was quiet and there was staff on site all night as well. They gave extra towels when needed. They already had Roku on the tv which was super convenient!

I wanted more fluffy comforters and more finished area. One of the light switches wasn’t covered and the lamp was difficult to turn on. The internet signal was a little unstable.

I liked how nice the staff at the front desk were . The room was comfortable I live a life of a traveler so I have no complaints .

Just the neighborhood but I'm from Oklahoma so it did remind me of home with the weird ppl walking around but they seemed to mind their own business. So it wasn't to bad.
