Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Burlington

Everything went very smoothly and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating

Only bad part is the dryers aren’t drying clothes quickly enough..They’re taking their sweet time. They’re actually new machines so I commend you folks for replacing those old washer and dryers but these new ones need more heat somehow…Then again, I wouldn’t argue with you if you suspect that I don’t know how to do laundry… I would still advise you guys to check it out to be on the safe side but It’s not a big deal for me though, I’m still enjoying my stay very much .. Thank you

Great location just off the highway. We thought it might be noisy due to traffic but we never heard a thing. No noise from our neighbors, no highway noise, never even heard a door close down the hallway. Room 211. The air conditioning is wonderful. Comfy clean beds. Excellent breakfast buffet--lots of choices. Nice amenities in the room with coffee, fridge and microwave. The pool is small but we had a great time splashing around anyway. Very clean.

The elevator is very slow and a few times it made a grinding noise and I wasn't sure the doors would open. It also took us the wrong direction a couple of times. We were trying to go down and it would go up and vice versa.

After a long drive along Missouri and Kansas, we could enjoy a comfortable and energizing stay at this hotel. The facilities were neat and the location is perfect. They allowed us to check-in early when they knew that our kid was sick, which we really appreciated. They offer a complimentary breakfast with nice options.

Everything! Lobby very inviting. Room super clean and cozy. Beds comfortable. Breakfast tasty. And very calm and quiet stay. We are moving from Mississippi and have made the trip in 3 days. We stayed at a Holiday Inn Express the first night and the beds were hard as a rock. We stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott the 2nd night and it was dirty, had strange smells in the halls and lights in the room everywhere that we couldn’t turn off, which made it hard to sleep. This hotel checked every box excellently. They are my new favorite hotels to stay at when traveling.

Everything was very good staying at this hotel. It served our purpose. Breakfast was good. Hotel was in very good condition. Facility has a pool but we wished it would have had a hot tub. We like for therapeutic purposes.

Everything was great. I don’t give out 10’s very often but this does. Room very clean, water pressure excellent, breakfast was a great surprise on what they offered. Location excellent. Barb was our staff member when we checked in so nice and gave us an excellent choice on a restaurant. Tequilas in Burlington. It was very good. Beds and pillows comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to all at Burlington Fairfield Inn and Suites.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and tasted great and my daughter loved the veggie sausage. Funny enough, I really liked the hallway carpet; my daughter laughed at me for commenting on that. :)

I wish there was a freezer portion in the fridge (I had little refreezable ice blocks to keep cold but there was no freezer). I wish there were more fruit options at breakfast

All typical, nothing even looked good.

There was a pile of long black hair on the soap shelf in the shower when I arrived. That makes everything feel not clean.

location; amenities; cleanliness; staff; furnishings; price. stayed in 4 hotels on this road-trip. this was by far the best!

It was a very pleasant experience. Fairfield is one of the places that we like to stay when traveling. The accommodations are always good.
