Hampton Inn & Suites Craig, CO

The staff was very professional yet friendly. Breakfast was very good — always had some sort sort of hot, freshly prepared eggs with a meat protein in addition to cereals, oatmeal, breads/toast, biscuits, muffins, etc. There was not fresh fruit other than green apples, but we usually bring our own.

We initially had someone in the room above who had to leave for work by about 5:30 so we asked to move and we’re given a great top floor room. This was the friendly reception guy. Very understanding and helpful.

Room and hotel overall was clean. We felt safe here. There was very little noise so you are able to enjoy a peaceful time in your room. The pool area is located so that noise from the pool cant be heard by guests in their rooms.

Wifi for Android phones is a nightmare. The hotel knows this. If you have apple or PC then its fine. The bed was too firm, like way too firm. Go to the local Walmart and buy an air mattress to put on the bed. They don't stock enough towels in the pool area. They don't serve a full breakfast due to the pandemic but don't state this upon check-in. They will tell you breakfast is from 6am to 10 am but you have to notice the sign about the limitations.

Worked well breakfast good, location good, city of Craig o.k. did visit Steamboat went on to Utah from there. possibly stay next year on vacation. Was in out route while on vacation. Parking lot is good, pool and jacuzzi good.

The breakfast was a hot egg sausage and cheese Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, individually wrapped (great during COVID) fresh fruit yogurt and the coffee was very good. Their pet policy is FREE! Only hotel we’ve come across with this policy! And they bumped us into a larger room. The young man at checkin was wonderful! His name began with an L and he was a recent HS grad!

Upon arrival a hotel employee (blonde middle aged, (June 13 @ 1P & again about 2:45P) was smoking at the entrance. Twice. Not a welcoming site for a hotel that is non-smoking.

Breakfast was very good and the location was easy and visible.

The was all good except that the bed was not made up when we got to the room. Looked like someone started to make bed but didn't finish. Room was clean otherwise. Didn't like that there was an extra $10.00 charge for the shampoo and soap things in the bathroom. Those things should be in the advertised price. Not told about at book in.

We had a king suite for an exceptional price. Nicest room we’ve had in 3 weeks on the road. Wow! Is the best way to describe it.

Breakfast needs more selections, more variety and breakfast juices. None were available. The breakfast quality should be on par with the rooms and our room was exceptional, but the breakfast was far from that. Barely adequate for me, but I really enjoy a place that has a good hot breakfast with variety and juice.

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions the breakfast was scaled back. Jimmy Deans breakfast sausage sandwiches were a nice substitutuion.

I wasn't advised about the lack of daily housekeeping. Could have been COVID related. I had to request for my room to be refreshed. There were not sufficient towels in the room --only a set for three people.

the property was very clean you could tell the staff was committed to the standard s COVID has. brought on and I was felt very clean and safe while on the property, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Keep up the excellent work.

It was a little difficult to find the property and the gps was giving the wrong street names

Large, comfortable, quiet room. All the little amenities that make for a good experience: end tables and lamps on both sides of the bed, night light in the bathroom, large vanity, neutrogena products. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

We were allowed to check in early and were given a large room with a king bed and a sofa. The breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful.

The floor of the shower creaked a tiny bit.
