Quality Inn & Suites

Breakfast was good and available on time (6:30). Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room as clean and was cleaned daily. Lots of ice which was a bonus.

However, eggs were luke warm, ran out quickly and tasted like "powdered eggs" (meaning not real). TV "input" function was disabled so I couldn't use HDMI 2 to display pictures and a large screen of my laptop.

Nice location and the front desk guy was really nice. We would stay again. :)) Also be sure to stop at Tiny Timbers for coffee/breakfast - the coffee and muffin was so good!

So the property was fine but we got in really late… midnight-ish nothing was open around the hotel. Of course this is of no fault to the hotel just a heads up.

I decided to book again at this motel, for a stay just one week later,but within 6 days they had increased the room rate to $169.00 a night. I called the motel, thinking that there may have been a mistake in the posting. The person I spoke to confirmed the rate increase- basically told me “ well that’s what the rate shows”. ($169. 00 before taxes). That was an additional 100.00 per night over what I paid just 7 days prior. Won’t stay there again at that rate . The motel is nice and adequate but certainly NOT worth that increase nightly.

The Quality Inn in South Fork was like brand new. The beds and linen where comfortable. I stayed in room 102 on the first floor. It was quiet and near an exist so I could easily come and go as I wanted. I spent 6 nights there while skiing Wolf Creek. It's location to Wolf Creek is a big plus compared to staying in Pagosa Springs. It's half the distance and travel time to the ski area. I'll be back with the next snow storm.

For 6 nights stay I would have liked a better rate.

The beds were AWESOME. Great shower too. Sinks outside of the bathroom area. Katie checked us in and there was a problem and she took care of it and gave me a discount. She cleaned a room for us herself when there was already someone in the room we were supposed to have. She also helped lug our suitcases up and down the stairs. Really exceptional service!

When I got to my room, someone else was already in there. We advised that the hotel was completely sold out but that no-one should be in there. Katie did remember that a regular customer had checked out and she went and cleaned the room herself. No real breakfast due to stupid Covid. Was not there long enough to use any of the facilities.

We would have preferred to have two chairs in the room and possibly a small table in addition to or even instead of the desk.

This hotel is located right on the highway and easy to find. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a muffin and juice. Good place to park a truck and trailer at this facility.

Price was a little to high for this time of year but maybe because it is in a snow skiing area they are comparable to the other hotels in the area.

We arrived late in the evening, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We used the laundry facilities, and everything was clean and working. Our room was spacious and quiet -- a perfect stop on our way through Colorado.

The location is fine. It is right on the highway and there was plenty of parking.

There were a couple times we could hear the plumbing from rooms upstairs, but it was minor.
