Waterside Suites and Marina

Waterside is our #1 choice when we stay in Key Largo to dive! It's great to be lodged next to Rainbow Reef and the restaurants that are close by at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and the suite was very comfortable!

Live music across the canal detracted from what otherwise was an outstanding stay! Although we enjoy the tunes, it's nice to have some peace and quiet after 10 pm unless we're at the bar etc. Our suite was directly across from the restaurant so you could hear everything! Be sure to request a room further away if you're bothered by noise when trying to sleep ...

A very spacious 2-level suite for a very fair price. Location is great, staff friendly and the facilities were always clean and well organised

Dryer in guest laundry appears to be older than I am. Perhaps it too, should be retired….

Nicely updated interior, great view from the balcony, comfortable bedding and clean.

We were a bit unsure when we first arrived judging by the back of the hotel which is just the parking area and the lobby for check-in. Don't judge the hotel by that.

It was a quiet area with a view of the boats at the marina. It worked well with 2 sleeping areas & 2 bathrooms.

The sleeper sofa mattress was really bad. You could not sleep on it because you could feel the springs & it sagged badly. The couch itself was quite comfortable so for a third person it worked well. You can see that the bathrooms have been nicely renovated but the wall was patched along the front door & not painted so it was a little unsightly. We did not use the pool. The staff was very friendly & helpful.

Very nice and clean appartement, good location with nice view on the marina. The balcony had good chairs and a table, thus we could enjoy our meals outside which was great. Comfortable bed and the kitchen had everything you needed.

we stayed 4 night but no room service came by (the trash could have been taken away at least once). On the other side of the marina, the restaurant played loud music every night untill 10 pm, the music was good but if you were tired no sleeping possible. At arrival, we had to pay an addional fee for the safe…which should be included in the room price.

Stayed here for one night, on our road trip around south Florida. Perfect location, right on the marina, with a large balcony overlooking the water. Apartment was set over 2 floors, with a large lounge area and kitchen. Bedroom was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bonus for us was that our balcony overlooked a bar, on the other side of the waterway, which had live music on the night of our stay, so we were able to sit out there, with our friends, and enjoy the music whilst we ate and drank! The bar was very nice, as we had had lunch there earlier, but there was no way to cross the water, so it was too far to walk to at night, so enjoying the music from our balcony was perfect! There was a small, but nice pool, which we made good use of. Overall, this place was a great find for our overnight stay.

Our only little niggle was that the key cards to our room were constantly not working, and we had to make a good few trips back to reception to get them reprogrammed! And we knew not to keep them near our phones, so that wasn't the reason. A faulty door mechanism, maybe? Other than that, everything was great.

The unit had an upstairs and downstairs. Nice to have 2 bathrooms in my unit. It would have been good to know in advance that there is a scuba tour (Sundiver Snorkel Tours) which leaves conveniently from the marina behind this resort (I had previously made reservations with a company located on the other end of town). WiFi and internet were FAST.

There was no breakfast except for some coffee available in the main office. But after all, the units do include a kitchen with a refrigerator. Faucets in both bathroom sinks were installed in a position which made it very difficult to fit my hands under the water flow when washing. These faucets were almost useless. Better to wash hands in the kitchen sink.

The suite had a great deal of value for the price! Was very large condo with a seperate master bedroom, pullout couch, 2 nice bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a great balcony with overlooking a marina and canal( which we really enjoyed sitting on and eating breakfast. It was also clean and modern and the location is well situated in Key Largo. Staff amso reached out daily to check if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

Not much about the property beyond the room, so not a place to spend the days relative to amenities but a great unit as a home base while exploring the upper keys.

1. The moment we walked through the door, it smelled clean. Not that chemically, fake clean smell, but CLEAN. And it was immaculate. 2. I traveled with a married couple so the "townhome" style was nice, because it gave us some privacy. They slept upstairs and I slept downstairs on a pull-out sofa. 3. The view of the canal was cool! 4. They had washers and dryers. After a full day of snorkeling, this was nice. 5. The kitchenette was also a great aspect. 6. We are definitely returning!

The shower sliding glass doors were stuck so you could not really close it.

Hands down my best booking on this app thus far. Very clean and centrally located. The kitchen was updated. There were actual glass, china, and decent cooking utensils in the cabinets. The complimentary toiletries were Bath & Body. Bathroom lighting was superb. The natural light throughout the day brightened up the entire place. The best part is that I received a daily check-in text to see if I needed anything to make my stay better. I have stayed in much higher accommodations and never experienced that before! I am planning to book a family trip in July and this where we will be staying. Can't wait to return, GREAT JOB!

The only thing I would suggest is to put in a better shower head in the main bedroom! Other than that, change nothing!
