The property was clean and well kept. The employees were extremely friendly and pleasant.

When you send someone to room 133 tell them the fridge is under the sink. Lol

When I had the complimentary breakfast, they asked how many people I told him with myself and my two kids and when I received the breakfast they did not have my kids food when I called immediately to the front desk and told them they told me it would be right up and 45 minutes later, I did not receive anything but the guy assured me that the next days breakfast would be right and they apologize for the misunderstanding. And the next day’s breakfast was correct. They did make sure that my kids had their breakfast.

Staff from the front desk to cleaning staff were very accommodating. Very professional too’ Alyra was great in proving us with great golf and service. Food in the restaurant and staff great too. The gardens are beautiful🌺

More variety in the breakfasts would be great especially since we were there for an extended time, would love a little heat in the pool too. Sound of traffic from 27 was noisy but can’t change that would like to have walking paths too

one of the reasons i chosen IOTL was the breakfast buffet. The breakfasts you sent were not as good as I could have gotten I the gas station across the street, I know I used to live in Sebring. i always wanted to stay at IOTL but I had my own house to sleep in. very disappointed Chicanes was not open. plus staff was greedy with what you get in all hotels. 3 women with one tiny shampoo and body wash (glad I left mine) i left notes for extra towels and shower caps but every time we needed we had to go down and ask. not that it was added to our bill just not convenient since you cant fly with that stuff. SERGIO is the absolute most friendly and helpful hotel employee I have had at any hotel and I have stayed at ALOT of hotels around the Country. if he is not manager you are not using your staff properly. cant say enough good about Sergio

The staff were very lenient and made people feel at home. We caught ourselves talking loud but no complaints. Everyone was cool and you can barely hear noise in other rooms!

The cost. I think because of the location, it is a bit over priced especially when it’s in the middle of a small town. The restaurant in the building prices were compared to South Beach Miami prices. It just didn’t make sense.

It was nice to receive breakfast, delivered daily to the room; however, it was pretty basic with either a choice of a breakfast sandwich or yogurt with granola and a muffin. It would be nice to have more diversity.

The King room we requested and got at check in had a lake view, but it was on the wing of the hotel closest to hwy 27, the main thoroughfare and it was very loud with traffic noise. I am a light sleeper so we asked to be moved to a more interior room or away from the highway. They accommodated us, but there were no other king rooms available, so we were offered a room with 2 queen beds which had no lake view. The room was larger and much quieter. We would have preferred a king bed, but had to do with 2 queens. The room was very clean, comfortable with a good shower.

The room was very clean, staff was helpful and replaced towels as needed. They do housekeeping by request and breakfast was delivered everyday.

I wish the restaurant could be open everyday, I could of spend a lot more money during my four nights.

Staff was also willing to help whenever! Their were friendly & courteous at all times. The grounds are beautiful and food onsite is amazing a must try.

The one and only MAJOR COMPLAINT we have is the pool is NOT HEATED. That was a big turn off for us. We were unable to use the pool due to the temperature being 60' waaaay to cold for anyone to get in. Very disappointed about the pool.

We were elated at this Hotel facility... What a warm and welcome charm...!! It would have been nice if the restaurant was open, but understand regarding new years and staffing... It will be one of our top items to visit on our next return as well as more time spent around the pool area. Complements to your Gardner and Decorator for the holidays... this took our visit over the top..!!

Styrofoam coffee cups... should be Paper... better for the environment. an official "Inn on the Lakes" website to book from and see all the amenities and room choices... we had to use booking.com... limited info on facility...

The breakfast was a daily choice between a biscuit with roasted turkey, sausage, egg, cheese assortment or a yogurt parfait with coffee or orange juice. You could also choose the time to have the breakfast delivered right to the room. The room was very clean and neatly decorated.

We typically pulled or own beds together, but were treated to fresh towels and coffee necessities daily. There were two days during the stay that our trash was not emptied which was a bit of a surprise because they were so careful to make sure everything else was neat and tidy.
