everything! The building inside and out is clean. My room was beautiful and well taken care of. They have a fitness room and a pool, laundry facilities, everything you need for a comfortable stay.! the continental breakfast is great! You can make your own waffles. They have breakfast sandwiches and muffins and fruit, juice, milk, coffee. Their breakfast room is very nice and very clean. You can sit comfortably at a table and watch TV while you eat. It’s just a very lovely place inside and out. Oh, and they are pet friendly! With an awesome huge yard on the side of the property for you to walk and play with your dogs. 🐕🐩🦮 cleaning up after your pet is very important not only to the staff, but two guests as well! I am grateful and thankful to every pet owner that has visited the Baymont inn and suites, who have cleaned up behind their pets. The side yard is beautiful because of that.! I encourage everyone with a pet to do their part. Thank you Baymont for the best experience of my life.! ❤️❤️❤️

what I didn’t like about the property was the fact that I couldn’t stay there longer! :-)

The staff was very responsive to our needs.

The elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Five days. There were two elderly people I our party that had to go up to the third floor via the stairs our entire stay. We were not informed of the elevator malfunction until we arrived However, we had no choice but to stay since all rooms in the city of Galesburg were sold out since it was college graduation.

The property is clean, simple, and it’s located right by the entrance to the interstate. It’s conveniently situated right on the Main Street that leads into downtown Galesburg. The staff are courteous and professional.

It’s a little dated physically, as there are bits of rust, wear, and tear throughout the room, but it’s not off-putting enough to affect the comfort level.

Breakfast was fine. Didn't find on TV the news station we watch, but not a big deal! It was very quiet which was appreciated. Room was nice and temperature was easy to set. Room and bed were comfortable.

Only thing I can think of was breakfast, but that was just preference, not anything wrong with it!

The staff was very helpful. I was in a room with a lock off door and the kid next door kept kicking the door. His dad would yell to stop and then the mom would yell at the dad and it just kept going. Staff quickly helped me move rooms and the rest of the stay was great.

Breakfast was ok, location worked but a little off the beaten path. Staff was very friendly. Overall ok and I would probably stay again.

The bed was not comfy at all, my back still hurts. One of my bath towels had an old stain, it was obviously washed but should've been discarded. A little updating is probably needed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable as far as the bed was concerned. I was pleased with this Baymont Hotel...

When I read the sign about the jacuzzi being closed , I took it as the whole pool area was closed. I think you should check the chairs in the rooms. The office chair in my room had no padding in the seat area, it was totally worn out. Other than that it was a beautiful stay.

Great quiet location. Really spacious room. Staff was super nice.

My bed wasn't made when I first entered the room. It looked as if someone had been sleeping in it and they didn't clean. But after calling the front desk they got that taken care of, so it wasn't that big of a problem. One of the towels I wanted to use was dirty. It had been folded as if it was a new clean towel, but it had dark black streaks on it, as if a really dirty person had used it. I don't know for sure whether it had been washed or not

This is my go to place when I am in Galesburg. Best part is the friendly staff - none better. They are always happy to see me and a warm hello at every meeting. The staff keeps me coming back year after year.

Breakfast is OK.

The room was ok. Fridge was a bonus. Pool looked nice. Staff was awesome.

Shower could have been a walk-in difficult to get in. Breakfast needed more fruit choices and toast would have been a nice option.
