The receptionist was awesome. The facility was very clean.
I was informed after check in the pool and hot tub were out of order. At breakfast, which was slightly warm, I overheard the employee in the dining area say, "I am not going to put additional food out". This was at 730. Very poor attitude.

Location. Went to high school class reunion in Johnston City. Plus saw lots of family and friends in Herrin.
Price is way too high for So. IL Stayed in your Marriott in Orange County, CA for much less! Plus, your indoor pool is still not open!

The hotel is conveniently located in the Hill district, near great restaurants and close to the interstate as well.
The breakfast was decent. Nothing special, but I know the circumstances of the pandemic make it very difficult to provide the full breakfast normally seen at the hotel.

Pool was not open and hotel next door was. Not good if all hotels don’t abide by same rules. Pull out was aweful to sleep on but that’s what you get with pullout beds I guess
