Super 8 by Wyndham Mt Pleasant

This was probably the best Super 8 I've ever stayed at (the last one was horrible). The lady at the desk here was nice and efficient. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. This is a slightly older facility, but by no means is it "dated". It's apparent to anyone who stays in hotels frequently (like me) that the ownership is trying to keep the place up. Carpet was clean. Beds were very firm, but comfortable. Even the linens felt relatively new. The towels were plush and plentiful. The price was reasonable for what they offered. I'll be happy to stay here again when in town next year.

The breakfast was just OK. It offered a waffle (pretty standard to the point of boring) or hot/cold cereals. It would have really been nice to have anything else hot in addition to the waffle. I was there 3 days and only ate once, because of the waffle. They offered cold yogurts, a few donuts and bagels as well.

Good motel, good price and good location. Nearby are a nice Mexican restaurant, a Pizza Hut and a Walmary for all you may need. Breakfast is from 6:00 to 9:00 a.m., and has waffles, cereal, fruit, coffe and tea, milk and juice. I highly recommend if over-nighting in Mt. Pleaseant.

The staff was very concerned with our comfort and made sure we had everything we needed. They were friendly and helpful.

The property was in a great location for attending the graduation we had traveled to attend.

This is a good place to stay. Food was good, room was clean, tv worked, price was good, close to stores and restaurants, easy to get to, and clean. Would stay again.

Maybe an extra pillow, we never asked.

stopped for the night there on way up to minnesota. after a long day of driving it was good to have quick check in and comfortable place to sleep. also got great recommendation from front desk on place to eat across the parking lot.

able to stay longer. too bad had to be on the road again in the morning. easy on and off road access and breakfast close by. Friendly staff and easy access to room.

The location was great with amenities close by. We appreciated the laundry facilities in the motel and the affordable price to wash and dry clothes.

Our room had a distinct smell. It may have been a cleaning product but it was noticeable and we were unsure about what it was.

Cleaner and better run then most Super 8’s we have stayed at. Expectations are never really, really high for this level facility… but this property was very nice for the price.

There were A LOT of cigarette butts outside, put in outside ash trays to contain this trash.

This hotel is convenient from the highway and to services around the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a good breakfast selection.

The location in the middle of Iowa was perfect to see my family in the area.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking, but otherwise I had a great stay. The front desk clerk was perfectly cheerful and the breakfast spread was as expected.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating!

There wasn't anything to not like.
