Days Inn by Wyndham Madisonville

Breakfast was pretty good. I didn't try it the first time I was there. I liked that once I was finally put in a good room, nobody bothered me. I like privacy.

I didn't like this: I came back after having stayed a couple days because I didn't feel well enough to move on. My second stay was not as good as the first. The first room I was given was far away from the door which was very difficult. When I went into that room some kind of torn up trash or something (No idea what but it was dirty) was in the bathtub! I was immediately grossed out and requested another room. Then I was given another room, better location but the key would not open the door. The front desk person didn't take my word for it, tried it with same result. Finally he gave me the room I was in before and it was ok after that. I also paid a LOT MORE this time for lesser service (at check in, anyway).

Awesome value for the price just as nice as surrounding double priced accomodations and entire staff was very friendly and helpful and theres a restaurant in the same building plus its pet friendly

Pool closes too early and they need change machines for laundry and vending and my sade deposit box in room disnt work and had no instructions and the outside doors dont lock like they are supposed too and they need more pillows and new bedcovers would make a big difference and there used to be a sauna I guess was taken out so a sauna and hot tub would make this place a ten to me

Was my second stay in a week. Was a great location from Memphis. Check in Clerk Will was there again and more helpful the second night then the first. I would recommend THIS Days Inn to anyone that needs a place in the Madisonville KY area. The Manager was at the desk when I checked out and I told her How helpful Will was at check in!

My room was part of the adjoining room with a door and the people were a bit loud, but after Midnight when they went to bed it was very quite and I slept all night.

The bed was so comfortable, the bedding was so clean, smelled like they just came out of the dryer and they were soft. Ok clearly I loved the bed. The room was clean including the floors! We've spent about 150 nights in hotels in the post 2 years and these floors were the cleanest. I can't speak for the other rooms or even this one cleaned by a different housekeeper.. but for our stay it was very clean. it's also pet friendly which is a total bonus. They don't have breakfast breakfast but they have a grab and go with muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. The price was good too.

bathroom was dated so it looked like it wasn’t clean. breakfast was terrible. I don’t eat breakfast so it doesn’t take much to please me in this area but they really dropped the ball here. they had a few muffins and white bread only for toast but then they had not butter, cream cheese or jelly to go on them. it was bad. they would be better not to have “breakfast” at all.

The staff is really friendly and understanding that I have my family hang out there with me and they don't have no problem with it... and also the staff feels like long lost family with good hearted values...and the breakfast options are a nice bonus!! I just stay at this place sometimes cuz it feels like home away from home

Nada thing at all

It was quiet, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was perfect in size. The staffs were also very friendly, kind and helpful.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It met my expectations. If I had to improve on anything, it would have to add fruits to the breakfast choices. The cereal & muffins are very fresh with coffee and milk.

We throughly enjoyed the pool and the business center. The staff was amazing and accommodated us way more than i expected.

The breakfast was literally just muffins or oatmeal. Speaking of the oatmeal there where literally 2 choices both have cinnamon in them. Also the wifi code being change on us without warning 2 days into our stay was not ok.

The location off the Highway was Great, Easy to get to and food options were pretty good too. Check in clerk Will was WONDERFUL very friendly and very helpful. The room size was bigger than I expected, the bed was very comfy. At Check out the Manager and General Manager were very friendly too!

It was clean convenient and quiet

We booked while on the road as just 1 night room before getting to our destination so we was looking for a reasonable rate and decent room and we found better then that front desk clerk was friendly the room was in convenient location and clean shower was great no problem getting extra towels for my family of 3 the air didn't get real cold but stayed comfortable for the night the bed was great overall great experience I will save this place to book again if I come back this way
