Very clean. Nice people. Very happy, other than check in/payment. Wouldn't stop me from going there again if the occasion arose.

I booked two rooms, but wanted to split the payment for them when we checked in (one to our travel companions), even though I put his name on the reservation for the second room. Also, I booked two rooms and they were at complete opposite ends of the hallway (literally). Seems like if you book two rooms at the same time (same reservation), they would be together. What if it happened to be our children? I'm still watching my credit card to see if I get charged for both, even though my buddy paid for his room when he checked out. One Room payment went through, the other is still pending on my credit card (checked out 4 days ago).

The price was really good and the room was very clean and nice the king size bed was very good! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The continental breakfast wasn't that great not sure if it was because the time that we got there we arrived at 9:00 and they said they go until 10:00 but they were limited on how much food they had out. It was a Sunday morning. They're egg and cheese burritos seem to have no flavor.

when we checked in we were given the key to a room that was already occupied. we walked in on a couple. very embarrassing for all of us. we were assigned another room but not so much as an apology from the staff.

The location of the hotel was great compared to the parks and downtown area. There was so much to do at the hotel for my 6 year old. We had a blast in the pool, playing in the bounce house, video games and winning prizes. The breakfast was pretty good, with hot and cold items. Keenan, the gentleman serving breakfast, was very friendly and helpful. The common areas were clean and there was lots of space for groups to gather. The rooms are older and could be updated, but we're otherwise clean. We had a really great stay here and would definitely come back!

Breakfast was almost cold, there was only one person working and he was actually serving the food. So while he was serving they ran out of a lot of things (coffee, bread items, etc.) and it took a long time to get refilled. Tables were not cleaned off between people eating (all of this was probably due to the hotel not being able to get anyone to work due to being able to collect unemployment and make more money than working post-COVID) Also, there were no garbage cans outside any of the side/rear exit doors so people were just putting their trash/bottles etc. on the ground near the cigarette butt can. Ice machine was broken on first floor.

The hotel is very clean and the staff work hard to keep it up. The pool is a good size and can hold alot of people.

The cook didn't show up for work for whatever reason so no hot breakfast. They should train someone else as back up so the guest dont have to suffer. It would be nice if they could extend the pool hours for adults only from like 10pm to midnight-1am.

Front desk clerks were personable and professional, the room clean and roomy and very quiet and it was a great location for my activities. I did not use the restaurant.

I originally planned to stay three nights but unfortunately had to cut my stay short. Still, I was charged for three nights and I am in the process of trying to get a refund now

Was a nice place to stay, we really liked the pool area and the surrounding's having the big atrium area around the pool to hang out and relax.

The only negative would be the toilet in our room didn't flush very good and filled up very slowly.

just one thing to suggest… please stop using plastic and styrofoam for serving breakfast…

Good shape for a little older facility. convenient to all, park across the street, downtown a mile or two. Large indoor pool and recreation area.

Pool and recreation area dimly lit, but overall not a big deal.
