Days Inn by Wyndham Cadillac

The Days Inn staff were very accommodating to my shifting arrival times, which I appreciated, and once I arrived I found the facilities to be excellent and well-kept

If anything, which isn't even the fault of the Days Inn, I would have liked if there had been additional means of transportation in the area, as I was without a car and dependent on friends to drive me to and from the hotel, which made it so I probably spent less time in the hotel than I would have liked.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was super-friendly and even gave us menus of places that delivered. The chocolate chip cookies were a nice bonus, too. They had a great hot breakfast and drinks (coffee, water, tea) that were available all the time. The pool was very nice and the washer and dryer that are available to guests worked great and actually dried our clothes completely! The hotel is pet-friendly and they were so sweet to our dog. There is a natural/conservation area close by if you like to run or walk but make sure you wear bug spray if you go outside.

I really liked the cleanliness and the amenities for a small town hotel. I come from Orlando so I’m use to big things and don’t expect them when I go. the pool was amazing and the hot tub. The breakfast was great, two types of cereal, heat and eat omelettes, assorted pastry and bagels, make your own waffles and juice/coffee/tea.

I didn’t like that the tub was low so anytime we tried using the shower we had to change it to jet stream so the water would stay in better. the other thing that the hotel can’t control are guests where trying to get into our room but the key didn’t work. thank goodness for that.

Staff was super friendly and helpful, I interacted with 5 staff members and they were all absolutely awesome. I would stay again based solely on the staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

The pool room could use some updates and the breakfast room is super small.

The front desk staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. The lobby, hallways, and common areas were neat and tidy, and I appreciated the free juice. The room furniture and bathroom facilities were a bit dated, but they were very clean.

This is my first stay at a hotel since Covid-19 started last year, and I was pleasantly surprised at all of precautions Days Inn staff employed to reduce the chance of infection. I am fully vaccinated, but also at high risk. My only concern is that there were guests in the lobby and seated outside the front entrance who were not wearing masks. In order to check in or out it was necessary to be exposed to them for a time. There was signage about wearing a mask, but no enforcement. I wouldn't want to put hotel staff at risk for having to enforce the mask requirement, but they shouldn't have to be put at risk of contracting (and/or spreading) Covid either.

Location was excellent. Great putt putt golf course right next door. Beach within walking distance. Great restaurant Little Mexico right across the street. Breakfast was good. Excellent idea of having coffee in the hallway for anytime access.

The rooms were pretty clean. The staff was very friendly. Great location!

The breakfast. It was pretty basic, not a lot of choices. They served the same thing all three days we were there. The room was very small.

Conveniently located with in walking distance of the lakes and food. Also they are pet friendly which was important for us.

The mosquitoes are really bad in the grass but there’s nothing you can really do about that.

Everything was great. The check in was quit and easy. The room was great. The breakfast was good in the morning.

I didn't like the bed, I don't like memory foam beds, they are to hard to move in and I couldn't get comfortable.

The staff that we had contact with was extremely helpful & friendly, especially the housekeeper we spoke to on a couple of occasions. The front desk clerk was also quite friendly. We love the location near Cadillac West, and especially like that we are able to bring our dog.

Like many places these days, the hotel seemed under staffed. When we arrived there was no one at the desk, & despite ringing the bell that was provided, we waited nearly 10 minutes before someone came back to check us in.
