The staff was great! I appreciated the sincere warm greeting and recommendations for local eats and things to do. I discovered that the microwave didn't work late evening. I called the front desk and they were empathic and kind. The gentleman that came up to replace it was quick, friendly and also gave great advice for the local favorite breakfast spot. Recommendations seem to be their thing! Just wanting to make sure the guests have a nice time while in the area. Very much appreciated!

It was odd that the room didn't have towel racks in the bathroom.

Daniel made everything better than I could have asked for from check-in to check-out. Daniel came down to my room because there was no remote control and he tried a couple of them from the office; but, he couldn't get them to work. He asked if he could move me to another room, so he went to the other room, made sure the remote in that room was working. He came back to help me move to another room and then asked if there was anything else he could do for me. In the morning when I was putting things in my car, he came out and asked how it was in that room. I told him that I had a very pleasant night because he had been so helpful. When I finished loading up my car, I went into the office to turn in the key-card. Daniel apologized again for having to change rooms and told me that he hoped I would have a safe trip home. Because of how helpful and pleasant Daniel was, I will stay there again when I come back in the next couple of months.

It was close to everything and they have been renovating and painting so it is much cleaner and neater. There was a man in a wheelchair who was raking the lawns and generally cleaning up the area and he did an amazing job!

The property is going to be better when everything inside the rooms are done. Our room had been renovated and it was really nice but they didn’t have any place to hang your clothes as the rack hadn’t been installed yet. Same in the bathroom no towel racks yet. It needed a table and chairs as well as another easy chair for sitting. There will be plenty of room for both as the room was quite large.

Extremely friendly staff. I am hard of hearing and asked for a few things to be repeated. The check-in clerk had no issues with my request. The room was cozy and suited our needs. It was convenient to everything we had planned for our short trip.

I am a short person and the beds are a little high. Maybe putting a small step stool to get onto the bed would have been helpful.

Front desk staff Daniel was very welcoming and offered lots of helpful information to navigate the area and places to eat.

We had king room, there were 3 small pillows that seemed to be cushion style. Sleep wasn't comfortable due to pillows. There was no facial tissue. There was only creamer for coffee and tea. The breakfast was over at 9 am

There was no coat rack if you needed to hang something up! There were no towel bars in the bathroom so we just used the shower rod Outside around the walkways were tons of cigarette butts! Just need someone to sweep them up or have cigarette disposal cans!

The location was perfect for me. A new and brighter sign has been ordered which will Make it much easier to find Daniel was very helpful and thoughtful, made my stay very enjoyable.

The signage. Days in is behind a Shop Rite and is easily missed as one drives by on quite a busy Street. A large illuminated sign could make it stand out

The rooms are fresh and full renovated. The staff was willing to accommodate any needs or requests I had from minute 1 of showing up to check in. The rates are the best in town as well. This place is all around good for a place to stay whether it's a day or a week.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. It wad all around a pleasant experience.

Everything was very good. They continue maintaining the facilities. They should use wet and forget in the shower to cut down on calcium buildup.

There wasn’t a closet or hooks on the walls to hang up clothes. They have the space to put in a cabinet for hanging clothes.

It was easy to get to before I crossed the border into Canada. There are several restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The room was recently renovated. It was a very large size room and I think there will be more additions to the room in the future.

There was no key card drop off. I was leaving very early in the morning and the front office wasn't open.
