Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis North

We loved the clean modern decor of the entire hotel and our room. Very beautiful.

The bed was NOT comfortable at all. My husband and I both woke up every morning with sore backs and sides. Also, the toilet was a little low for me. I have arthritis in my knees and it hurt to sit and stand up from the toilet, especially since there was no grab bar nearby.

The room's air conditioner unit (room 407) made some loud noise, louder than usual hotel a/c units. Probably just our room but it was bearable so not a big deal. The bathroom entrance floor had either a pretty big stain (larger than both my hands) or it was dirty. The breakfast was not hot; mini donuts (two flavors), cereal, yogurt, fruit (banana or apple), juice in a mini sealed cup, milk carton, cold breakfast egg sandwiches, coffee. They need hor breakfast back. The water quality. Wifi seemed kind slow never used it.

Smelled good walking in through the lobby to the walk into a good smelling room. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure in shower and sink. Shower had loads of space. Fridge cooled well. Tv was big and clear. Really clean room. Great facility. Modern. Didn't use the gym but looked nice. The staff was nice.

Pool entrance has a clear glass section with potential work through hazard due to not stickers on glass. Some smiley or other stickers can reduce potential attempt to work through clear glass section

The staff was AMAZING!! Gwendolyn (Not sure if spelled correctly) took GREAT care of us and upgraded our room when the first had issues and brought us a little gift bag for the trouble. That alone outweighed anything negative we thought about the property.

Very clean rooms wonderful staff.

My husband and I enjoyed everything except breakfast. We understand packed food yet in a steam plate and ice cold??? Also fruit was rotten, and needed a bit of cleaning. It could of been a bad day yet everything else was really clean. Thank you

Staff was amazing.breakfast was good as well.

The beds were not of my liking,but my expectations  are very high when coming to beds.

Overall was a very pleasing experience with the staff and also knowing security was onsite.

My only semi complaint was the pool could have been a little warmer. The enclosed ait was a warmer temperature than the pool.

the location was convenient and closed to everything. the hotel is clean and smaller than the usual which is awesome. less people less noise

I loved everything about it definitely my go to for a hotel this is my 2nd week staying st thus location

The rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and took care of things promptly. The room was cleaned between nights.
