amazing room, very clean and comfortable. amazing price

front desk girl was nice but she was on the phone the entire time checking me in and whispering to me. just tell the person on the phone to wait 1 minute so she could explain things better. most people staying at hotels are not from the area, I like to ask what’s good for food around town and places to avoid and I wasn’t able to. very very loud doors that SLAM shut would be nice to see them add something to make them not slam shut.

Staff was amazing. The rooms are exceptional and clean. This is now the go to place for me to stay when I come to visit family in the area.

For the people who, as part of their diet, must limit carb intake, the free breakfast at the hotel is not an option. EVERYTHING they served was full of carbs, except for the hard boiled eggs and coffee. Since there is a kitchenette in each room, I would suggest stocking up on items you can eat from a local store. If carbs are not something that need to be watched in your diet, then the breakfast appears to be plentiful.

My family always starts our journey early (4:00) in the morning and miss out on breakfast most of the time at other hotels. We were so grateful that the attendant was nearing the end of having things ready enough that my kids could have a little bite before beginning our day. Also, compared to most places we stay, maintenance was kept up. No chips in the paint, seemed well cared for and fresh.

I can tell there were missed spots in the cleaning. I had to move the trash can and under it was not clean. The remote in the main space didn’t work (batteries died?) so I had to change the channels manually. The couch needed slight repair as there was something metal sticking out of the bottom (potential tripping hazard).

The manager was very helpful and apologetic. I have stayed there before and it was amazing. The staff are great and helpful. Beds are comfortable and it is usually very quiet. We love staying here

They had teenage hockey teams stay the same weekend. The boys where very loud. But the staff did their best to control them. It's usually a very quiet and great place to stay.

Breakfast was poor. No coffee, no eggs, gravy but no biscuits, no fruit. The only food available was packaged muffins, oatmeal packets, dry cereal, and waffles.

Excellent location and staff. Great value for the money. We had a sligh booking issue but it was resolved by the assistant GM immediately.

No complaints

It was excellent. We loved the accommodations which included a separate bedroom. We did not use the kitchen facilities but we will remember this hotel for future stays.

The pool area is accommodating to young children with a kiddie pool! Always clean room and superb service from staff. They’re so nice here.

There is no public swimming anymore. I can’t pay for kids to swim, unless I rent out a room. Unfortunate.

The size of the room and the amenities in the room was far beyond what I expected .

Breakfast was blah,other places I've stayed had scrambled eggs and sausage, bacon etc.

All amenities needed were available in room.

The place does need some upgrades, rugs, paint and general decor. It does not take away from overall value
