Very nice and attentive staff, very tidy and clean, good ventilation system in room, nice modest size tv with many channels, including Twin Cities channels, fridge and microwave, 24 hr convenience store attached for snacks and a free pastry and coffee breakfast, easy location.
Strange bed linens - a flat mattress pad and 2 flat sheets, not big enough to tuck in, easily exposing the bare mattress when you move around. I prefer a neater bed.

The room we were in was outdated and very basic, small TV and no fridge. No pool. None of these were deal breakers though.
