Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, St. Cloud West, MN

Great facility. We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday. I really liked the locked entrance when we arrived late, that made me feel safe. Gentlemen behind the desk was very friendly. Hotel and room were very nice. Room was huge, bed was comfortable.

Only complaints were the pillows were a bit too soft. Could have used another pillow, or some that were a bit more firm, but not a huge deal. The only odd thing was when you flushed the toilet it made a loud "clank". Sounded like something in the tank itself was off. It functioned fine, the noise was just an issue if you used the bathroom while the other was sleeping. Overall I would stay here again for sure. I was very happy with it.

Room was very clean and climate controls kept the room incredibly comfortable! The location of the hotel puts you RIGHT in the center of town. Very close to Barnes and Noble and the mall is extremely close as well!

Blanket had a few spots that looked like potential blood stains. Didn't notice until second night because it was covered with a top sheet. Also for a room with the lounge area (couch and chair) the TV should REALLY be able to be moved closer to the lounge area as watching TV was kind of uncomfortable.

The fact that we got a queen bed and king bed and the queen not being a sofa bed was amazing. The room was very accommodating.

The breakfast person seemed like his job was overwhelming. Many items not stocked and he seemed in no hurry to restock it. The shower stall only had half a door and water was getting in the floor. Could do a better design with the shower door situation.

Large, spacious sleeping room with 2 comfy beds and tv. A separate area with a pull out couch and it's own tv. The lighting in the room and bathroom was perfect. Also loved the huge, full length mirror on the swing out closet door.

The nasty toilet plunger that sat outside our room door, all night and morning after my husband used it in the middle of the night. Not a huge issue, but it the container that holds it, was really disgusting.

This was a very well cared for hotel!! Very clean, quiet, and accommodating… Close to everything! We were there during a snowstorm, ICE/snow was covering cars… personally I was not able to get into my car at first… some thing they went out of their way to offer their guests were a variety of snow scrapers just inside the entryway!! Truly was a gift to get us in the right direction of getting back on the road!!! Breakfast was great! A wide variety of options again very clean and well stocked and a great “breakfast hostess” was there to graciously offer help if needed…

The kids running up and down the room above us at 6:30 in the morning!! But that is out of control of the hotel management☺️

Country Inn & Suites is great place to stay,. This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel and will be our place every time we go visit. Clean, comfortable, quiet, great breakfast options and amenities . Staff is always friendly.

Pool is small, great for just a few people at a time.

We would stay here again. I am gluten free and could eat several breakfast items. I do wish they had a gluten-free bagel or muffin or similar. Beds were comfortable following a very long 46-hour series of flights and international travel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. I forgot to take photos.

Breakfast was fine - instant eggs, etc. but it has a lot of variety in terms of fruit, drinks. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, and the staff as very friendly. Our room was large, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Overall a great stay!

Fantastic location, super clean, and pretty up to date. We’ve never had to worry about a stay at a Country Inn.

I wasn’t informed about the $50 a night security fee. I’m used to a standard $50 per stay but it over-drafted my account which was frustrating because it was never even mentioned when I checked in.

The staff was great! They even checked to see if the pool was a comfortable temperature while I was swimming . After an unexpected snowstorm, they borrowed us a shovel to dig ourselves out. It was a good-sized room with a nook for the fridge and microwave.
