Americas Best Value Inn Sauk Centre

I have to say the staff here was exceptional!!!!! they treated my dog so well! And respected and went above and beyond to help me in a time of need. Let's just say Scott has been a blessing! Excited to see what the new ownership brings to this hotel! There are plenty of names that I did not include in here because I could not remember so all staff went above and beyond!

The rooms need to be definitely up graded, and suggestion, when pets are staying, a hardwood base floor would be ideal. And some people are allergic to pets so particular rooms that would be pet specific. Just pets in the first place, 0 is ideal for travelers

The space was clean, staff were super friendly, and the space was perfect for what I needed. Close access to Walmart and Holiday. My room was nice and quiet.

The breakfast was super basic, so I ate out at a local joint. The hot tub was not as hot as I like it, but that's a personal preference and the reason I booked the king jacuzzi suite. My nightly baths were luxurious and as hot as I could stand.

staff are keeping thepl;ace up and cecent. they worked hard ot keep ice off sidewalsk. pool and hotub were open!! We stayed in 103 hankdicap room. Wish there were more blankets, I should have asked for more, so put heat up to 75 degrees. I will be back next year, hope to check out the restaurant then.

I forgot to tell them to replace the switch for bathroom light, it makes the lights flicker. Or it is the GFI plugin in the same box as the light may also go thru it. Bed a little hard but decent. Breakfast definitley a continetal. I bit skimpy. was clean and neat area.

It's basic, but they have their priorities straight. The room was really clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower had an adjustable showerhead with good water pressure, the walls are thick enough so you won't hear your neighbors, nice breakfast. And the sitting area in the lobby complete with a friendly cat made me feel at home. The location makes it easy to get to stores, restaurants, gym, gas station, etc.

The patched walls where some appliances and towel holders had been removed were kind of obvious.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Nice size room and wonderful water pressure in the shower. Pool and hot tub were great. Good value for the price and excellent location.

Continental breakfast was very sparse. Should consider adding at least some sort of fresh fruit. Mattress was pretty stiff for our comfort. Also, if food and drink are not allowed in pool area, you should allow use of continental breakfast room for swimmers without having to rent it.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and have trouble carrying things. Richard went above and beyond to carry my bags from my vehicle to my room and back to my vehicle when I checked out. He did it all with a great sense of humor. He made me feel accepted and respected. He lifted my spirit tremendously.

The parking lot was small and very full.

Place was Very Clean. It was better than I expected. Staff was very nice and easy to deal with.

Bedding was too slippery which made for a difficult time getting restful sleep. The Wi-Fi was terrible. You couldn’t do anything on the Wi-Fi.

My room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have stayed at recently. The hotel room was newly remodeled. The staff were friendly and helpful.

These are just things to advise the staff: The mattress pad and box spring were in need of replacement. The curtains had a triangular gap in it when closed. I think the sheets may have been a little damp when placed on the bed. They were exceptionally cold to sleep on. Caulking in the bathroom needed maintenance.

The location was less than 2 miles from the wedding that we attended. The workers were friendly.

The cost of the room for the few services that were offered. The breakfast was substandard to what we were expecting for a Wyndham property. We had to go out for breakfast and spend extra money.

Inside was like finding a pearl in a oyster shell. Easy access to freeway, indoor pool, soft mattresses, beautiful decor and a mat in the bathtub no-one else would do that. Breakfast items individually wrapped, excellent every thing. If your near Sauk Centre you got to stay there. The owners take real pride in the quality they provide.

When first arrived was worried about appearance of parking lot but went in anyway.
