The self-service breakfast was excellent. In the evening, in addition to non-alcoholic drinks, there was even free red and white wine for all guests. Our room in the main house was very large, as was the bathroom. The room and house furnishings reminded us a bit of the 1870's. This definitely has its charm, we enjoyed it. The house is very quiet in a good residential area and the neighborhood is monitored by the police. Therefore, we also felt very safe here.

The pile of bricks by the garbage cans could be removed once. Then the garden would look much better.

Loved the historic value and decor of the main house; the thought they went into the cottages; and the creative room names. Also enjoyed the detail that went into the supply of continental breakfast foods, coffee, water and snacks kept in the kitchen for guests to help themselves at any time.

Broke my heart to see that the antique furniture in cottage had been victims of abuse by (I assume) past guests; would love to see table tops and desktop redone and protective glass placed over them. Had a bit of an issue with the toilet flushing and overflowing out of the blue but manager was very helpful and all ended well.

We stayed in the ‘cottage’ at the back. Good sized room nice bed and chairs. Good sized bathroom Nice continental breakfast, nice to have cold water and fizzy cans in the fridge to help yourself too as well as snacks and fruit. nice whiteboard with music and food recommendations Hannah was very friendly and helpful over message and when our flush wasn’t working. Beautiful old house with rich history and nice communal areas.

The driveway was in bad condition which was a bit tricky for our little hatchback - especially the drop from house to road we found it hard to to scuff the bottom of the car. The porch area could do with a leaf blow and tidy.

The location was so wonderful as it was ducked off into a little residential neighborhood. The host, Hannah, was very professional and accommodating. She checked in with me that morning to confirm my arrival time and sent me explicit instructions for self-check-in. My room (The Magnolia Cottage) was adorable and immaculate. The main house had so much character, and I loved the complimentary drinks and breakfast items provided to guests for no additional charge. The porch surrounding the cottage was so nice as I was able to sit outside and enjoy the peace and beauty of the outdoors for a moment. I truly appreciated the room's temperature control and the super comfortable bed. This is the third establishment that I've stayed at since traveling to Clarksdale, and I do believe that it is my favorite! There is one more place that I'd like try on the outskirts of the town, but right now, the Clark House Inn has a repeat customer in me!

I have nothing that I disliked about the inn.

It is a beautiful old house with well appointed public spaces in a quiet residential neighborhood. We stayed in the largest guest room which included a comfortable sitting area and comfortable king size bed. High ceilings made the room feel inviting, open and airy. The innkeeper is not often on site but she is an excellent communicator via text and email.

The air conditioning for the room was located outside the room. It was a little quirky in that it was hard to find a comfortable setting that wasn't either too warm or too cold. There was a good variety of continental breakfast items (bagels, cereal, granola bars and the like). But if I have the choice I always prefer a hot breakfast.

Clean and close to everything. We stayed in the cottage portion which was nice and quiet. Would have loved to be in the big house but we were not disappointed at all. Hannah was an excellent hostess and provided us with alot of information about what to do in the area. The kitchen was very well stocked and hot coffee was waiting for us every morning. We met some great people in Clarksdale and were glad we stopped by.

The House is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and confortable. Bathroom was shared but we were the only guests so we had full access. The owner is welcoming and friendly, and Sandra (the cook) listens to any demands concerning breakfast. We took a lot of pleasure talking with her when eating breakfast! The House is situated at 5min from the historical center of Natchez: perfect for visiting.

Could have been a little bit cleaner but that’s being picky!

Breakfast is serve yourself, but you can also buy your own items to cook/eat. the accommodation and particularly the common areas were exceptional.

Two minor things. a box of tissues in the bedroom would have been nice. it also helps to have someone available on site to deal with problems. Having said that problems with my air conditioning were dealt with very efficiently.

A beautiful heritage home. We stayed in a very comfortable unit in the outbuilding. Cozy and warm, we could control our own heat which was great as it was cold during our visit. Kitchen access and self serve breakfast of many delicious foods, including raisin bran, granola, lots of milks (soy, oat, almond). Nice that you can help yourself when you’re ready. They also provide snacks, eg popcorn bags you can make. The property is huge and has a beautiful porch with nice furniture.

No coffee in the room, only in the nearby common area.

Beautiful period house full of character with guests afforded full use of all public areas. Very spacious bedroom (Big Daddy) which was well furnished with very comfortable bed. Complimentary breakfast provided with guests having full use of the kitchen. Water, sodas and snacks also available for guests. Our host Hannah was very welcoming and professional and used a white board to inform guests about musical events in the various bars and venues. Definitely worth a visit.
