Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Grenada, an IHG Hotel

Everything was awesome. The cleanliness of the room, the things provided for guests to have during their stay, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, etc. Personal favorite was the Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap provided. They weren't super small bottles made out of a super cheap brand!!! What made that even more perfect for me is the fact that I did in fact forget shampoo and conditioner but I didn't have to worry about buying more.

Nothing! Only the fact that Shoneys was closed next door lol!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and were very attentive. They never seemed annoyed at my questions and were eager to assist. The breakfast was great, although I wish the pancake machine was working.

The process to connect the wifi to my laptop was extremely convoluted and difficult. When it was on the connection was great, but it was just way too difficult to connect.

The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. Her attitude was extraordinary. I also like the fact of getting my bed made everyday and new clean towels without asking

Although the bed was comfortable the pillow sheets had an order.

Overall though, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was great, really big selection of anything that you could want for breakfast! Nice job Employees!!

The Fire alarm went off at 7:14 am and woke everyone up! There was someone stuck in the elevator so they pulled the fire alarm, the elevator was out of order for over 2 hours. Kind of sucked to be startled awake and not able to go back to sleep!

My family liked the room size, comfortable beds, soft bedding and pillows, mini fridge in room was very useful too. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning, especially the delicious coffee! The gym was great to have onsite! Most of all the staff was WONDERFUL!

Cleanliness, ac worked great. The room was clean. Affordable.

I didn't like the breakfast. There was not a chain on the door. Other than this, the room was ok.

The restroom could have been cleaner. The showers were not cleaned completely because there were brown marks. There Is also a bleach smell immediately after running the shower the first time which does let you know that something may have been sprayed but was not properly rinsed out.

Staff was great! Asked at the last minute for a handicap accessible room and they made sure we had it. Also worked had to get us checked in early.

The room ac wouldn't go below 67° My wife has chronic daily migraines so we were not as cool as needed.

I stayed here while visiting my brother in coffeeville Mississippi. We mainly just slept at the hotel but days spent with my brother. I've never really had a bad experience at Holiday Inn. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

The bathroom had a chipped baseboard at the bottom with what looked like mildew/mold.. Also the toilet was very low to the ground. The keurig didn't work properly.

It is a easy check in. Our stay was great. We received anything that we asked for. They also provided breakfast. I didn’t have to purchase breakfast.

Honestly, the only thing I didn’t like about was the parking space. One night I could park near a door. The next night I had to park far from the door.
